Jordan and Keola did a great job. Very thorough and knowledgeable. They installed a retrofit ac/heating system and water heater. Kept the carpets clean despite the snowy weather. Thanks for the prompt service and attention to detail.

They came in and went straight to work. They were very professional. After they were done they took the time to show me how everything worked, what maintenence I needed to do and how often to do them. It was a very good experience.

We are very impressed with the quality of service that Gillette provided us in our installation of our furnace and AC unit.
We had the unfortunate event that our furnace went out during the hottest days of the year with a newborn and they brought over portable AC units for us until they could do the Installation and even bumped us up to a cancellation slot.
They were punctual, professional and did a great job!

This is the second time we have used Gillette. Both very positive experiences. Fixed our older system without any trouble or extravagance. Answered all of our questions. Friendly and we felt comfortable having them in our home. We definitely recommend them. We will use them when it’s time to replace our system.

They were great from start to finish. The price was amazing compared to the other two reps I met with when considering replacing my furnace and AC. That isn't why I selected Gillette though. The salesperson, Bryce, didn't use jargon but explained how the system worked and what my best value would be. He had a "can do" attitude concerning installing an exchange in my basement for barely anything. They helped direct me to a financier that had me qualified in less than ten minutes. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. If I ever need anything heating or AC related in the future I will be contacting them again. If you're reading this you should too, you wont regret it.

This company is so amazing to work with. Our air went down last Thursday afternoon, they were able to come out that day. We totally needed a new one. I had been worried about that, the one we had was pretty close to 20 years old. They scheduled an appointment for one of their sales professionals to come by early Friday morning. They were able to get us financed for a new heat pump (this is what we use for our air conditioning) at a really good and fair deal. I liked that I wasn't being railroaded or gouged. They couldn't install it until Monday, so they brought in a couple of portable air conditioning units for us so we didn't roast over the weekend. This was over and above to me. They came on Monday morning and installed the new one. This is a great company. Knowledgeable workers, they were on time, and did an awesome job. I would for sure use them again
