The blower on our furnace had gone out leaving or home without air conditioning during a weeklong string of 100 degree days in the Salt Lake Valley. Lead times for new equipment installs were in the three week range for other companies, but from quote to install it took 5 days including the weekend.

Eric the sales associate did all that he could to find the equipment and make sure it got installed as quickly as possible, then Tyler and Tori did a quick, clean, professional installation of the new equipment.

Manwill has been and will continue to be the first place we call for repairs and new equipment!

Our 54 year old air conditioner bit the dust a couple of weeks ago. Manwill was able to get someone out to look at it and then give us quotes within two days. Katy was very informative and truthful about our options. They also filed our rebates for us, getting a higher rebate than normal. The install guys were great and polite. They even upgraded our thermostat for us to a wireless option. We had just as good an experience with them two years ago when they replaced our furnace which is why we went with them again.

I had a great experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and not too pushy. He explained the choices I had in replacing my furnace in a very understandable fashion. The service was prompt and the technicians that came, Heath and Johna, were thorough and courteous and explained how everything worked. The price seemed very fair. I could have gotten the furnace a little cheaper somewhere else but not the next day as with Manwill. I've used Manwill many times and have never been disappointed.

I needed a new spigot for my hose. The old one was hard to turn off and the pipe was too long and loose. My appointment was for Friday, but the schedule opened up and was seen earlier in the week, which worked out better for me. It didn't take long for him to get the work done and I am happy to have a better, and newer, spigot.

We had a furnace and air conditioner put in by Manwill and they did and excellent, fast and friendly job. Bryan visited with us and explained all our options. He was accessible for questions even after the system was installed. Their techs Tyler and Coltan left things clean. They were fast and efficient. They were friendly and talked to us about what they were doing and how to take care of and run the new system. We were comfortable with having them in our home. We highly recommend them to anyone look to buy a new system.

The people at Manwill Plumbing were great to work with, they called and asked if they could come earlier than the appointment time and completed what I asked them to do. They answered my questions and completed the service in a reasonable amount of time. They came to replace the copper pipe leading into the cold side of the water heater and replaced it with the flexible pipe.

Manwill has saved us twice now. When our furnace died we called another company that charged us $1600 for a temporary fix that wasn't up to code. The same company left us with a bid for $6800 to fully replace the furnace. We had Manwill come by to give another bid. They were extremely professional and didn't apply pressure but they politely pointed out "issues" that we should probably get taken care of. Manwill's bid ended up being roughly $2500 cheaper so we happily went with them. The same thing happened this year when our AC unit quit. We immediately called Manwill, but they were booked 2 weeks out so we started getting bids from anyone we could get to come out. After a couple staggeringly high bids we decided to tough out the heat until Manwill could make it. Katy came out and was awesome. The first bid she gave us matched their competitor's but instead of the lowest "SEAR" rating it was the highest. They also gave us a bid for the unit that was bid by the competitor and beat it by almost 40%. We did have to wait almost a week for our new unit which got a little warm but it was well worth it. During the install, Mark the lead tech pointed out several anomalies with our current AC setup, he fixed them all at no extra charge and finished hours ahead of schedule. Owning a home has made me cynical about "professionals" that charge an arm and a leg for a service only to find out they did poorly years down the road. It is very very nice to find a company like Manwill that is solid. Thank you guys.

We had 3 different companies that we wanted to get estimates from for a new furnace and to add central air to our house. One company didn't know what they were doing, the other company never showed up for their appointment. That left Manwill. Manwill followed through by sending Katy out to our house to discuss all our options. Katy was very thorough and listened to exactly what we were looking for. She is very easy to work with and knew all the answers to our questions. The Installation crew were very polite, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer all of our questions. We are very pleased with our choice to go with Manwill.
We can't wait to try out our new air conditioner when the weather warms up.

I was encouraged with the great reviews to come to Manwill instead of another I was contemplating. Our AC unit was not putting out any air in the house even though the fan in the outside unit was on. When I first explained this on the phone as the reason for my call the technician immediately said that the usual reason for that is a full filter that needs to be changed. I hadn't thought of that yet and appreciated his candor. We set up an appt for their next available time just in case that wasn't the problem. I figured out where the filter was and what kind I needed to replace it. I was having a hard time sifting through the info online about what I needed exactly and how much one should cost (a competitive price). I called Manwill for some guidance and the repairs and parts dept was super helpful and answered all my questions. I asked if I could buy filter media there and they said they had my size in stock. I immediately went over. I brought along my old one still in the filter casing because I wasn't sure what I was doing and wanted to get some guidance on putting it all together. When I came in with my inquisitive and busy three girls I was immediately helped. The main employee at the desk was on the phone but someone from another desk saw me come in and jumped right up to help. They didn't act perturbed that I brought my old filter in and got my new filter media out quickly. I purchased it and then the employee went outside with me to show me how to install it. Sadly, our old filter was filthy and he went inside and brought out a leaf blower and cleaned it out really well for me and proceeded to show me how to do it (pretty easy, which is why I'm impressed with his patience!). He gave me a bag to put my additional filter media in and took care of my old media. I was so happy to have thorough help because my house was hot and I was busy with my three kids. Time was a crucial factor in where I received my help. Cost was important too and I took note of the fact that the cost for the filter media matched a very competitive price online that included free shipping. I was very pleased and will definitely be returning for any future needs that they can help with. Even though the previous owner (we purchased last summer) had a service record with a particular company I went to Manwill initially because of the great service on the phone and the time in which they would be able to help me; and I will stay with Manwill because of the service I received in the store. Now my house is cool and the AC is working better than ever. I understand that a filter change is a simple thing and I should have been doing it all along. That's my fault. But their prompt service, kindness, tact, and thorough service has sold me on their business. Thank you!!
