Back in August, Bryan came out and gave us an estimate on a brand spanking new heating and cooling system for our 104 year old house. Our furnace was over 30 years old and had given its last breath and we were finally ready to install central air. He assigned Dave to the case, a 25 year old spit-fire who really knows what he's doing. We were so impressed with him (he brought a partner for one of the days, but I forget his name); he crafted one-of-a-kind duct work to make sure the new system would fit well in the given space, completed the whole project in three days including running the air conditioner line outside to the new unit and hooking up all the electrical to the power box, he was very friendly, very good at explaining everything to us, and he went out of his way to help us get ready for the city inspection by trying his best to help us find a dead panel for our electric power box. He even came back and checked on our new air conditioning power box when a lady broke into our back yard and tried to mess with it. Both Bryan and Dave are very professional and friendly to work with. They did their very best to accommodate us and Bryan got us the very best price for a very good brand. We've had the new system for almost four months now and it works like a dream. If there's ever any problem, we'll be asking after Dave for sure and if you've got an old house, you should ask for him too. We got everything we were hoping for from Manwill in terms of professionalism, expertise, and extra consideration for our old lady house and all her many intricacies.

Manwill has taken care of my heating and plumbing for the past several years. They are very honest and reliable. Their prices are reasonable and they do high quality work. I just had a water conditioner installed in our home (ask them about the difference between a water conditioner and a water softener - they install and will maintain both). The completed work was excellent. I'm looking forward to the benefits of my new water conditioner from Nuvo H20. Thanks Manwill!

We have been customers of Manwill for over 10 years. The reasons why were highlighted yesterday when our water heater unexpectedly failed. I called their emergency number at about 9:30 and was quickly connected with Jeff. He helped me figure out how to protect my home, educated me about the implications of recent legislation regarding water heaters, and scheduled an appointment for replacement for late yesterday evening. A brief while later, one of his teams were redirected to our home because their assigned job went more quickly than expected. The men had a new, environmentally safer water heater installed before 4:00 PM and for less than I had expected to pay. It is nice to have a company filled with people who know what they're doing, and behave in a professional, responsible manner on your side, especially in an urgent situation.

It was a chilly night and my heater failed to turn on. I called Manwill and the gentleman came out after hours to diagnose the problem. It resulted in a new furnace; which wasn’t too surprising since my furnace was 20 years old and not well taken care of. Katy arrived bright and early that next day to inquire about my heating needs and concerns. She did a thorough walk thru of my home and proposed a few options that would fit my needs and budget. She was great! She’s very personable and was very patient with all my questions. They two guys that did the install were great as well. They seemed to take pride in their work. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

I had diagnosed and issue prior to them coming out. When they came out I spoke w/ the service agent, he was great and confirmed my suspicions; bad inducer motor. The initial estimate was ~$440 to which I said sure. Then came the final estimate $1100!~! Hmm so I looked online and found a video and a local supplier. After paying Manwill their $50 service visit fee I completed the job for another $80 and one hours work. What a racket.

as to your reply, I can't speak to what you are seeing. All I know is when I was speaking the the guy he said it would be ~440 then after I said yes, he called me back into the hallway saying it would be over a grand, for sure more than you mention but the part you mention may be just the part and the 1100 was cost of part and labor.?.? Additionally, the part online w/ the housing/assembly was ~200 the motor alone online was ~50 and I purchased the motor only locally for a bit more.

Must thank Manwill and especially Katy, Rick, and Jason. Upgraded my furnace and AC to high end Lennox equipment. Totally pleased with the new equipment. So quiet and maintains temperature where I want it. Of course the true test will be this winter and next summer when the outside temperatures put loads on the system.

Katy did an outstanding job with the estimating and support through the install. She was most patient with me and my many questions. She was a fun person to deal with. She always came through and provided the details I needed to make my decision. I had several other businesses estimate the new system. Manwill was not the lowest bid but with Katy handling the bid Manwill received my business. I feel they will be there if needed in the future.

Rick and Jason were very professional and expert installers. They explained everything as they completed the work and provided me with a very thorough explanation of the equipment operation after the system was running. They kept the house and yard very clean as the work progressed. I was impressed with their work and several special extra steps they took to ensure the best install and optimal performance of the new system. Jesse and the plumber who hooked up the humidifier to the water supply also deserve a thank you. I felt the installers were on my side and wanted to provide me with the best set up and equipment settings.

AC was blowing warm. The evaporator was freezing constantly and the house was 85 degrees! Manwill tech came out and said it was working 'fine' and we just needed to buy a very expensive split system and remove all of our existing ducting..... According to them nothing else would work. We suffered another week and called a different local company. Their tech came out that day added some freon and everything is working perfectly at 72 degrees all day for the last week. In the end, the ~$150 Manwill diagnostic call was useless and a thinly veiled pitch for a completely unnecessary upgrade.

Thanks for the reply. In the end, we still had a hot house with no clear plan from you in July. We needed an attempt to fix it before suggesting the expense and hassle of a new system. I'm sitting here typing this at 70 degrees - recharging worked.

A pleasant employee fixed my issue and left in less than 15 minutes. Did NOT overcharge me or try to rip me off. I recommend them and I will call them again next time.

The technician was courteous, answered questions, and quick to do the job. Plus, the pricing was much more reasonable than other companies I've tried.

Had a toilet replaced just recently. All went perfectly. The technician was friendly and did a great job quickly. They always leave me with the strong impression that they care about the customer and that they care about what they do.

Over the weekend I had a bad clog in the shower. There were some issues with the phone and they were not able to reach me via phone, then when I did contact them it was too late in the day for someone to drop by. The next day they were not able to fit me in that day but did recommend someone who could. I feel they were very professional with me, in spite of the difficulties, and were helpful and courteous.

We were so wonderfully impressed witnessing the strong work ethic and dedication he displayed while
performing our service. He listened intently to our questions and concerns, answering each with thoughtful consideration. When finished, he checked the functionality of the furnace, then tested and measured carbon monoxide levels. He carefully cleaned his work area then spent a few moments sharing some valuable
tips on maintaining an efficient furnace. He took exceptional care in providing our service.
