Scam Business. Claimed I had a cracked heat exchanger in my furnace. Threatened to lock out my furnace if I didn't replace it. Had another outfit inspect my furnace. No crack found.

Many thanks to Jeff and EJ for caring enough to figure out what was wrong with the humidifier Manwill installed a while ago. It works perfectly now!

Manwill installed a home humidifier for me and it was a great experience all around. Sent them an email and got a call next morning, an estimate few days later, and then installed early, when they had an opening. Phone calls were professional and focused and straightforward. What a relief after how dicey engaging a new company can be.

I want to give a shout out to Jason and Ricky, the installers. They did an extremely clean job then walked me through it all plus the whole lifetime maintenance process, things to know, etc. They noticed some unsafe wiring adjacent to the hot flue and tidied that up safely.

Great communication with them while onsite. They even asked if we had pets so they could know whether to leave a gate open while they went in and out - just really thoughtful all around.

Installed a water heater. The two gentlemen showed up ahead of scheduled time and installed the new water heater quickly and efficiently. Very professional. I would recommend Manwill any day of the week and twice on Sunday! We've been depending on their expertise for years and have never been disappointed.

The plumbers that completed our home repair were fair and competent. Our home is older, and they were willing to repair the pipes and old plumbing to keep the price reasonable. They were polite and on time. I would definitely use this company again. Thanks!

I have to say just how happy I was with the maintenance service I experienced today. Aaron was my technician and he was so awesome!!! He explained everything and was not trying to sale me something at the same time. He was so informative to how to maintain my central air. I will definitely ask for him again on any maintenance in the future on my furnace and central air. I love the service I have received from Manwill in the past but Aaron was exceptional.

We had a problem with our downstairs shower leaking. It was leaking so bad it was soaking drywall & carpet. Kris & Scott came out the very next day that after I made a call into Manwill. They were on time, courteous and very professional. The cost to repair it was so much lower than expected. I recommend this company. We have used them before & will definitely use them again!!!

Edited Version: We encountered some issues with communication and rescheduling but owner was very responsive.

High quality work and honest, personable plumbers for our water heater replacement. While there were some issues resulting in Manwill rescheduling the work by a full day, Owner Brian provided timely intervention. Area for improvement: To avoid future issues when resource estimation falls short, I would recommend Manwill provide additional training to phone support personnel to handle rescheduling in a way more agreeable and frankly favorable to customers, perhaps especially repeat customers.

Our AC stopped working and we called a company (one that had previously serviced the AC) that came out and diagnosed the issue. We were told that the part that we needed to fix the issue could not be delivered for 2 weeks by this other company. We called Manwill and they were able to track down the part right away. Casey came out with the part and got us up and running in no time. She was very knowledgeable and competent. The prompt response, great communication, and the ability to fix the issue have made us customers for life. I would highly recommend Manwill!
