My technician, EJ, was professional, answered all my questions, and was very helpful with some concerns I had. Manwill technicians are unfailingly polite and helpful.

Manwill put in a Lennox heat pump for us 7 years ago and it's worked great ever since. We decided to do a tune-up even though the pump was still working great. We were told we needed a recharge during the service, which we agreed to. They charge $185 per pound of coolant (we were told we needed 2 lbs) and $99 for a service fee. Kind of expensive I thought, but we'll see if our already fine heat pump does any better. Probably won't do another tune-up at those prices until it actually breaks.

I spent over $10,000 with Manwill in 2020 for a new AC and Heater. Last Summer (2021) we had a raccoon problem and they tore a large amount of the insulation off the copper line of our AC unit on the roof. Last month I had Manwill come out & do a routine AC tune up & the tech was nice enough to mention all the exposed copper line due to the insulation being torn off. I did a ton of research online & decided to have a professional replace the insulation due to my AC being on the roof and it being beyond what I felt comfortable doing on my own. I am the first to admit when a repair should be handled by a professional. I called Manwill & was transferred to Brian in Sales. Never have I been treated more horribly by a "Sales guy" than I did by him. Newsflash Brian, women actually KNOW ABOUT AC UNITS AND OTHER COMPLEX THINGS and Brian, guess what, WE OFTEN WRITE THE CHECKS TOO!!! He acted like I had zero idea what I was talking about, he asked me "How do you even know this service needs to be done" and as soon as I told him his own tech told me this last month, he moved right into his "Sales mode." He told me it would be a very complicated repair, take at least 2 hours to replace at $150 per hour plus parts. Once I finally got him to set me up with in appointment (after he argued with me for 10 minutes) they were almost a month out for an appointment. I called Black Diamond Experts and was seen 2 days later, the job took about 45 minutes and was less than $200 and the tech was BEYOND courteous and professional, even though I am a woman, can you believe that?? I suggest Manwill immediately puts as many women as possible in decision making positions & do a check on their Sales guys. The power of the positive experience goes very far, but the power of a negative experience goes much farther. Do better Manwill.

Our first experience with Manwill was great but our second experience was horrible. The tech recommended a cleaning of my furnace and said it would be 1000 dollars. He did not sound very confident in his answer. So I went to another HVAC place and they charged me 350 bucks. Watch out, based on my experience and I am pretty sure their techs are paid on commission. By the way this happened about 2-3 years ago, so things might be different.

Manwill did an excellent job installing my toilet, but they charged me $405.08. The service techs were great, well mannered, clean, and friendly. The cost was just very high for a toilet installation that was ready to go. I would still use them.

Manwill has always been professional. I first called them about 2012 to install a kitchen faucet and had a wonderful experience. They were on time, professional and qualified. This time I called them to diagnose a leaking outdoor hose bib. They were able to fix the problem without unnecessary expense. The plumber had a good supply of materials on his truck so there was no unnecessary delay. Manwill continues to be on time, professional, and qualified. I look forward to using Manwill for all my plumbing needs!

I have used Manwill Plumbing & Heating in the past and have been satisfied with their service; however, the last interaction I had with them was very unsatisfactory. Last year I was having problems with my whole home humidifier and since they were the ones that installed it I called them to repair it. The plumber who came out was able to fix the problem and said that I should have the water valve replaced in the future. I asked him howl much that would cost and he said it would be around $150. Fast forward to this year and I was having trouble with the humidifier again. I called Manwill again and after looking at the water line feeding the humidifier I told them that there was no water getting to the humidifier. They sent 2 guys out to tell me what I already knew: there was no water getting to the humidifier and they charged me $50 to tell me what I already knew. They set up another appointment and said that they would take $50 off of the next service. When they showed up for the next appointment the tech took 15 minutes to see what the problem was and then told me that the charges for that day would be $349 with the $50 credit. I was prepared to pay around $150 even with the $50 credit, but not $200 more so I sent the tech on his way. I have been happy with the work your company has done, but I feel that the charges were way out of line. I talked to (sorry I don't remember his name) someone at Manwill about this and he made things right and my problem was taken care of for $156 which was very reasonable. The tech who did the work was very thorough and the job was very professionally done. As I said before. I have used Manwill Plumbing in the past and have always been satisfied with their service and I will continue to use them in the future.

We recently moved and the previous owner of this house used Manwill for heating and air. The day we moved in our temperature was 85 degrees and kept going up. We tried to change in the thermostat but nothing would happen. Finally, we figured out who installed and called for service. I called Manwill on a thrusday morning and the tech came in the afternoon. I excited about how quick they were for service. He looked around, cleaned our AC unit and told us it wasn't working because it was dirty. To give 4 hours and the house would start to cool down. It was now Friday and nothing had changed the temperature stayed in the high 80s. We had to spend more of our time outside over the weekend because how hot our house was. By Sunday we checked on the AC and it looked like it was off. I called Manwill once again early Monday morning who came in and changed the filter in the (heating unit?) And said that it would start working right away. That this error happens often with other techs so he isn't surprised. I didn't like how this happens often and it's why I gave them 4 stars. He was great and professional and didn't charge me again since it was their mistake to begin with. It's now Tuesday morning and the first time since we moved I'm that our house is in the 70s. Thank you!

Manwill did a great job installing my furnace and AC in 2016. Recently they helped me get a good deal on a replacement thermostat, and were able to get it done quickly during a heat wave. Great service and easy to work with.

We have used Manwill to repair our air conditioner and service our tankless hot water heater. They have always been professional and honest. I plan to use them in the future for furnace tune ups as well as other HVAC and plumbing needs.
