I trust them. They installed a furnace humidifier (a must-have for northern Utah homes). After a few years it just wasn't pumping out the humidity like in that first year. I called them to see if they had any ideas and Brian Jackson took the time to trouble shoot over the phone with me because he was trying to avoid a service call because there would be a charge with that. He was trying to save ME money! He suggested I contact my thermostat people. I did some troubleshoot with Ecobee and changed some settings and now the humidifier is back to functioning properly. Most other companies would have had a person come out and charged me. I was happy with their initial service when we had the unit installed and I continue to be impressed with how they do business.

These guys are great! I love that they are on top of things. Sometimes my job gets crazy at time and I can only email due to meetings/desk job and such. So emailing them was my prefer method of communication. And they were very responsive, got my appointment setup. And came out in a few days.

To put it in perspective, I emailed Manwill and another company. The other company still made me call in when I was being specific to what was needed to be done. All they had to do was be proactive and help a customer out. Why would I need to email and then call in to schedule an appointment? Very lacking in this department from that company. Manwill got this right! That's how you use email for communication.

The day the technician came out, the people from the office/dispatchers were great in communicating with me over the phone to let me know the technician was able to even come earlier than what I had scheduled. Even better! Great communication over the phone as well.

The person came over, was very respectful, had his face mask on, and was very polite with asking if he had to take his shoes off. That's what I called caring about other's people property. You don't get that kind of respect these days.

Showed him to my hvac. He got the job done quickly, gave me a brief explanation to what was happening and I let him do his job. After about 20 minutes he was finished and let me know how he fixed my heater problem. Very knowledgable.

Payment process was easy and he was out of my house less than 35 minutes.

Great & fast service, mannerism, respectful, & knowledgable. Why would I go with anyone else in the SLC area?

The service performed was the installation of a new sink ( we installed new counters as well) and all of the plumbing hook ups that requires, including installation of new faucet, new turn off valves and a sink strainer, plus rehooking up the garbage disposal and dish washer. This work required about 2-3 hours time. All work was done with professional expertise and promptly beginning at 8 am in the morning. We have used Manwill before and they did their usual excellent job. Thanks.

Aaron did a great job yesterday when he came to service our two Amana furnaces, Lennox pure air kits and AprilAir humidifiers. While we have owned the home since 2017, we only recently moved here and are discovering much about what we have. He documented and explained what was done and why, and the advantages updraft and downdraft installation. He was very efficient as well as patient in answering all our questions. His friendly manner and thorough knowledge are a big asset to your company.

Just had a water heater replaced and the experience was great. The guys that came were polite & friendly. They took great care not to dirty my place and cleaned up after they were through. Brad did the actual installation and Bill did a follow up. The guy that did the prep work for Brad was very nice and extremely organized. I can't remember his name, but I appreciated the care which he gave to the job. I whole heartedly recommend Manwill Plumbing. Well done!

After having furnace trouble for over a year and having three different local companies not be helpful, Manwill got us right in right after I called. They quickly responded and very efficiently worked to help solve a furnace gas leak, and furnace problem. The technician David did a fantastic job of showing me the problems, and fixing them, as well as going above and beyond and cleaning and servicing our furnace on top of fixing our initial problems we called for. I was pleased that the parts we needed were in stock and David completed the job within a few hours to ensure the safety (and warmth) of our family and children. I am very appreciate to David and to Manwill for cleaning up the mess of several other companies on our furnace and helping us fix our furnace.

I called for some questions and decided to have an appointment made for that day got a call that they could come out earlier so that was great, David and his sister Jessica? came out went all through my furnace and decided it was maybe one small part. Replaced it and has worked great since. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with your service technicians. Hope i don't have to, but will definitely call again for repairs or replacement.

I needed a new hot water heater. Manwill gave me a fair quote and showed up on time, ready to install the new unit. They're clearly used to dealing with systems in older Utah houses, which come with their own challenges. The guys worked to code and answered my dumb questions. They came back to investigate a vent issue and didn't charge me for a second call out. I'll be happy to give them my business again.

This is my first time dealing with Manwill Plumbing and Heating, Inc. I spoke with Jeff in the office about my situation and concerns. Jeff was very understanding and professional in listening to me and willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. David and Jessica were the technicians that took care me. They were kind and courteous, diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. They too, answered my questions and were very professional in doing so. I certainly will be using Manwill's services again.

Tech came to install a thermostat because the original one was defective. The tech didn't know anything about the new thermostat and had to read up on the installation and operation of the thermostat. He charged me for his time learning how to install the thermostat which I think was incorrect...He should have known what to do instead of learning on my time. I called Manwill to bring this to their attention and didn't get anywhere with Jeff, the one who took my call. He was actually rude and short with me and blamed me for the problem! He basically said no one understands these thermostats and has to learn about them. Unacceptable service and complaint handling.
