I used Lee's Heating and Air about 2 months ago to refill the Freon in my A/C unit. I really enjoyed my experience with the company. When I called someone was able to come out the same day for no extra cost. The worker was very nice, he explained things so that I was able to understand, he worked quickly and was there exactly when he said he would be. The lady I talked to on the phone was continually very cheerful and helpful. Overall great experience.

Absolutely awesome experience working with Ben Palmer from Lee's. we have worked with on our last home and now our current home. He was honest and professional about recommendations for HVAC maintenance and upgrades. We had a very large job done by Lee's and the installers ( Nick, Derek and Alex) were fantastic. They were extremely polite, professional and diligent about doing the best job possible. They even trouble shot an issue with the installation with common sense and consideration. That type of thinking speak volumes to me, it shows they care about their work, providing the customers the best service and solutions for the issue being addressed. I cannot recommend these guys enough, if you have HVAC needs then give them a call. They are fantastic guys.

I had an AMAZING experience with the entire staff at Lee’s Heating & Air.

When the salesman arrived he greeted me very professionally, he was very polite and explained everything as he was evaluating my home and told me what he was doing while he was taking notes.
The salesman discussed with me what needed to take place in order to help maintain the comfort level for my home, he made certain that I was aware of the process and what I needed to do to prepare for my install.

When the installer arrived he was prompt, courteous, clean and friendly!!!

The installer explained to me the process he was about to begin and kept me informed of everything along the way, he provided me a step by step explanation on how to operate and maintain my equipment after he left.
The installer cleaned up after himself and answered all my questions.

The entire staff at Lee’s Heating & Air is honest, very knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding with the needs of their customers.
I have been taken care of by professionals that make me feel like family.

Don’t use any other company besides Lee’s heating and air! They are the best! Got a hvac unit installed at my moms house that was built in 1950 they had no problem hooking it up and getting her house warm! Only took a couple hours to do I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The guys at Lee’s took such great care of us! We had a lot of questions about installing a tankless water heater, and Josh was patient and thorough in talking us through the pro’s and con’s. While he had answers to all of our questions, and we ultimately had the system installed, I never felt pressured or like I wasn’t getting the whole story. Josh didn’t hesitate to let me know the system’s limitations, and how those limitations could manifest in our house.

We really appreciated the timeline Lee’s was able to work on. They were incredibly responsive – from the first inquiry through installation and follow up. I sent several after-hours emails/text messages that were responded to almost immediately. Rusty, our installer, helped us out with small leak and called later that evening just to follow up. He left an open offer to come back out to our house if we were still having any issues. I rarely have encountered this level of personal service in the construction/home improvement area, so I appreciate it even more when received. It’s nice to feel like your valued as a customer!

Zach diagnosed our furnace issue February 12. We determined that our sense flame part needed to be repaired. Zach spent about 50 minutes total at our home. $65 to diagnose is fair and we willingly paid $146 for the part to be installed.
Being unsure of what $146 covered, we did research. We found that the part installed had a price range of $12 to $21, with an odd price of $64 found. We called get a definitive breakdown, which we didn’t get when Zach called to explain. We assumed the breakdown was $17 plus $129+. February 22 we realized our furnace was putting out lightly warm heat inconsistently. We finally called Lee’s February 23 that to explain we’d like to have Zach or another repairman take a look at our furnace. Zach told us he’d come out OR stop by on February 24. Today is February 26 and have not received a phone call or email to reschedule or and an apology for being to busy to contact us. We’re not sure if we angered Zach or Lee’s for needing an explanation for the $146 charge, or for not completing the questionnaire after the initial visit. But we’re saddened by not getting a phone to explain not returning to re-diagnose our furnace or to reschedule. We’re left with assuming that we didn’t deserve a professional rescheduling call because Lee’s no longer wanted our business because either we questioned their pricing, or for not filling out the questionnaire. Btw, we said positive things about Zach when we spoke to a receptionist to request an explanation of the $146 installation. Lee’s was recommended to us by friends who obviously had a better experience. We didn’t.

MARCH 2, 2021: THE FOLLOW UP TO OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE

Josh, the General Manager, made it a point to resolve the communication that led to our the initial repair issue.

Zach the technician returned and because of his experience, he assessed the issue accurately. Josh and Zach also apologized for the chain of communication failure.

Nick, the technician who installed our new furnace, did a great job! He was personable, skilled, knowledgeable, and he completed the job in slightly over 2 hours.

We appreciate Josh advocating for our family, and we appreciate him for facilitating the installation of our new furnace on the same day. It’s what a successful business and GM does for a current and future customers. Like our neighbor, we highly recommend Lee’s HVAC company for your service needs.

Called at 8:00. And they were book for the day. So we scheduled the next day. They had cancellations so they called. The technician showed up on time. Went straight to the problem fixed and check out the system and checked the other Ac unit too. Both work great now. He was there 20 min or so. This why I like Lee’s.

After getting quotes from several heating and air companies it was so refreshing to work with the technicians from Lee’s. All of the other companies only wanted to replace our heating/air not repair. I called Lee’s they had someone over within the hour and our unit was repaired the same day. Very happy with our experience.
