Lee’s Heating and Air Conditioning

Technician arrived and was there for maybe 10min (tops). Replaced the capacitor and added a hard start kit due to the age. $450 for ten minutes of time half of which was spent talking to me. $20-30 dollars in actual parts. That’s $420 dollars for maybe 5 min of actual work. Wow! I will never use Lee’s again. What a rip off! Of course the technician’s explanation was that the prices are set. Seriously still have a bad taste in my mouth 24hrs later. Ugh!

Lee's installed a new AC and furnace for us. They were very professional, on time, easy to communicate with, very informative, knowledgeable, and very personable. This goes for the sales person as well as the two installers. I would highly recommend them!

Lee’s did an annual service of our heater and air conditioner. They helped us with thermostat adjustment, gave some tips on efficiency and checked out our humidifier, which had stopped working. Also gave advice on a water heater problem.

Our air conditioner went out when the outside temperatures were above 100 degrees every day. I called for an appointment expecting that it would be a few days wait, but Lee’s came out the same day for the repair. They were fast to diagnose and fix the problem. It is so nice to have cool air conditioning again. Thank you!

Technician Gary spent 2 hours in the blazing sun on my roof to diagnose what was the problem, came the next day at 8:30 to finish the job. He replaced 2 parts and didn't try to sell me a new A/C unit even though the one Lees installed in 2006 was now 12 years old. In fact he checked out the entire unit and said the unit was in great shape and that the welds on the installation were expertly done. I was happy with Lees 12 years ago, and I'm doubly happy today. I would definitely call them again for repairs or new equipment. I've passed along the business card to others already. Thank You!

I had my A/C go out. I did what self-diagnostics I could then called Lee's. The tech who came out, listed to what I had already tried, then went straight over condenser and had it fixed in about 10-15 minutes.

It is about as good as having a broken A/C gets.

We just moved to Saratoga Springs and the hard water in our house was such a pain. Lee’s was SO quick to get back to us help us find the best soft water unit for our home. The install was so fast & we’re SO happy with our decision. Thanks for all your help, Lee’s!
