So glad I listened to my daughter when she recommended Lee's. Incredibly happy with my purchase and especially the service. Everyone I dealt with was great! Installers were excellent and I enjoyed having them in my home. They went to extra mile to make sure things were done correctly and that I was satisfied with it. It's great to feel secure with a working air conditioner and furnace and a company that stands behind what they do.
My only regret is not having found them sooner.

Lee's was very professional from scheduling through maintenance. The technician was friendly and personably, and didn't push extra services - he did his job, provided data/stats for recommended repairs, and was efficient, clean, and respective. A good way to keep long-term customers.

My heater was blowing cold air this morning. I tried all my tricks, none of which worked, and came to terms with calling around to find a good repair company. I settled on Lee's because of the good reviews, and my name is Leigh as well, so why not? The person answering the phone had me set up for an appointment TODAY, within a few hours. My tech showed up 10 minutes later, was incredibly friendly and polite, and fixed the problem in just a few minutes, gave me good advice to avoid the problem in the future, and quoted a total repair job if the part actually fails in the future, just so I knew what to expect if the problems persists. Seriously great service, great peace of mind, and now I have a heating company that I know I can rely on if anything goes wrong again. Oh, the best part? No one tried to up-sell me on anything, and I was only charged for the service call. I am really, really happy! THANK YOU!!!

Our furnace was not heating the house. Within 4 hours of my call they diagnosed the problem and within 24 hours found the part and had the problem solved.
I was very impressed how quickly they not only made the service call initially, but how quickly they returned with the correct part to make the repair.

Great experience getting a new air conditioning unit installed. Installers were professional and did an excellent job. The area was cleaner than when they arrived.

Edit: A year later, my other air conditioning unit stopped working. I called Lee’s and had someone come out. I was fully expecting to have to replace the 15 year old unit and even told the tech that. He ended up fixing it for less than $100. I value that kind of integrity and will definitely purchase a new unit when this second unit dies.

I can’t speak for the company or service itself. But I believe it’s important to remember that your white Ford F-150 with decals on the side represent your company. Driving aggressively, erratically, and irresponsibly on I-15 is probably not a good look.

We always call Lee's when we need anything done to our heating or AC. After calling around each time, we know they offer the best prices. They are reasonably priced, on time and always professional. They treat us well and explain things adequately. They also listen to us. Some technicians do not. Over the 20 years in our home, Lee's has replaced our AC unit, condenser and furnace as needed. Excellent company and technicians!

Great individuals! Showed up on time, excellent communication and follow up. Nick was our installer, he was very professional and very efficient and did great work. We have used Lee's a number of times and have always been pleased with the result, I would highly recommend using them.

AC died on us. I called in the morning, they sent someone over that afternoon to look at it. Had a new unit installed the next morning. Easy to work with, professional and friendly. No pushy sales and all the options were explained. Same people did our furnace this past winter.
