Always fantastic service! From the moment you call to the end of the service! All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done. They always get you scheduled for an appointment no problem. We just had a new toilet installed by Jordan and John they arrived on time and were so nice answering all of our questions. We’ve also had Jeremy do our tune ups and he’s just great and very informative.What a professional team and we couldn’t be happier with the work! Would highly recommend!

I have to say I'm super impressed. A real pleasant experience with Friendly, professional, kind, and courteous, so happy with result of this cleaning of my system, I most definitely will be calling on Friendly for all my HVAC needs from now on. I’ve used Friendly Home Services three separate times now. I have been happy and a repeat customer multiple times now. As someone with an older home issues constantly come up. I have had multiple technicians come out and each one has been wonderful. I had Ron do my yearly servicing and he was very helpful and insightful on many things. I’ve used this service multiple times because you get honest feedback. I highly recommend them because everything is always honest and upfront. You aren’t worried about thousands of dollars needing be spent when the issue might be small and fixable. Highly recommend the company!

Brady and Miguel were amazing to work with! Courteous, respectful, and helpful. They were happy to answer all my questions—even those unrelated to the task at hand. They were also fast! Within 36 hours of calling we have our new tankless water heater system installed and functioning well. Now we have unlimited hot water!! I think I found my new go-to plumbers. Thanks guys!

Jon Davidson came to our home yesterday and did a fabulous job! Beau Diamond came back today to finish up, he has been to our home before! We have had a new furnace, a new central air unit, a new water heater and all the plumbing services for us for years. I highly recommend them, they also text when they’re on their way and there is a picture so you know who is coming! Helps with my elderly mother when I am not able to be there. Thanks so much you guys!!

Alex W sold us our furnace, air conditioner and installed a new smart thermostat. He was honest with us about pricing, advantages and disadvantages of the different options we had, and was so personable. Every communication we had from the beginning to the end of the install process was awesome, he kept us up to speed, keeping us informed every step of the way. The installers came and did an amazing job, and I know it wasn't easy for them! We got the best equipment available at the time and we are super happy with how well everything works for our home and lifestyle. I would definitely recommend these guys. This is the second time we have used this company. Miguel and Dillon were fantastic! They kept us informed of everything that was happening. Due to really wet weather, they weren't able to finish filling in the trench for a few weeks. When they were able to, they communicated really well about how the project was doing to be done. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! They somehow fit me in the same day. The repair was taken care of quickly and professionally. I got a lesson in how to use my garbage disposal. I had no idea how it really worked!!! Ron was quick, friendly, efficient, and on a personal note I really liked him so much! I will for sure call them for ALL of my plumbing needs!!

Juan and Brady came out today for some major plumbing work ahead of a remodel in our bathroom. I cannot speak highly enough of their work! Juan stayed to clean up and really went the extra mile helping me move a heavy sink. They did outstanding work! It is good to know that there is someone we can call that we 1) trust to do it right, 2) can depend on giving a fair price, and 3) know they treat our home like their own. Special shout out to Juan for going above and beyond! Brady rocked it with his suggestions that will save us money in the long run and prepare us for years of reliability.

Brady, Miguel & John are the absolute best! Miguel and John thoroughly explained everything and the installation looks so clean and perfect. They were so wonderful, I almost want to buy something else for them to install so all our plumbing looks good. Our new tankless water heater is amazing and it’s only been installed for 3 hours. Friendly plumbing is amazing and now have a life long customer!!
