Technician Ron McGinnis arrived soon after I called with our problem. Had equipment that resolved one issue immediately. Got parts and returned quickly to replace a broken pipe to our pool. He handled the entire job smoothly and efficiently.

Crozby went beyond expectations today! I normally like to be at the house when work is being done but had to run to work, he executed the job at hand. Crozby gave me a call once he was done with some helpful suggestions. I really do appreciate the professional support from both in house and technician! Thanks team!

I was getting onto the freeway and so was one of their fleet vehicles #53 apparently I wasn’t going fast enough. my speed was “73” in this guys eyes You need to be going 85 miles an hour he started flashing his lights and flipping me off, funny how there company vehicle is wrapped with “FRIENDLY” when driving a company vehicle you gotta learn how to control your anger.

New furnace installed yesterday (Saturday 2/4/‘23). After 9 hours, Installers were unable to get furnace to work. We have been without furnace heat since Thursday. Needless to say, we’re not happy. Based on additional troubleshooting and parts availability, Gilbert (the lead installer) could not with complete confidence assure us that the furnace would be operational by the end of the day tomorrow (Monday). I feel as though we may have made a mistake by agreeing to purchase this furnace from Friendly Home Services. This problem needs to be corrected tomorrow. Your reputation is on the line.

We use Friendly for everything! They’re always available when most others are not. I’ve had an excellent experience with friendly every time. They are organized, communicative, flexible and very helpful. They are cost effective and service level is unsurpassed. New furnace installation was a breeze. Drain cleaning was also seamless. Beau was super friendly and explained things well. I don’t recall our furnace technician name but he was also phenomenal.

I had a wonderful experience with friendly. They were quick to show up and diagnose our leak and even gave us options on how to proceed. Derek was very knowledgeable and professional.

I had a radiant heating system that failed and scheduled an appointment with Friendly Plumbing and HVAC. I was subsequently warned by two former customers who had posted on a service rating/information app, both of whom suggested that Friendly was not honest and would try to upsell or overcharge. Already scheduled, I advised the schedular of the warnings I had received and decided to give them a chance to repair their reputation, at least on the app. Schedulers, Denise and Nicole, were both very apologetic and assured me they were sending their best man. Ron and Derek arrived promptly and were knowledgeable, thorough and, yes, very friendly. They identified and repaired the problem and the cost was reasonable. After testing the system, they walked me through maintenance needs and what to watch for to head off future problems. I feel good about giving them a second chance and will invite them to bid on future projects.

John came to fix my broken pipe for water. Very professional and courteous through out his service. Love and recommend this service to anyone that needs assistance. I thank you for your services very.

Justin did a great job. When I had the water softener put in. No one ever told me how to use it. They said it was fine all is working. I had to put on a drain hose on the back of the softener my self. Justin waked me through the whole process. He did a fantastic job.

Technicians Jordan and John came out to my mother's home to do a routine maintenance on her water heater and, in the process helped us figure out the mystery of why our water pressure was so low. They explained that the part that controls the pressure - water pressure reducing valve (PRV) - needed to be replaced on the water pipe that brings the water into the walls of the home. They were both kind, careful with all of my mom's many knick knacks, clean and overall very pleasant people. Both were very knowledgeable and worked quickly/efficiently and gave my mom a great deal on the services. Both she and I felt great about their professionalism and the work done.

I would definitely recommend Friendly Plumber as long as these two gentlemen are employed there haha! Great service.
