Jordan and his team quickly fixed an emergency leak coming from our kitchen and helped improve other parts of the house plumbing while at it. And Denise back at the company office is always very helpful and offers great service. Have had many jobs done in last 12 months. Great company.

Ron and Jon showed up on time ready to fix the valve issues I had with my washer hook ups. The team did a great job explaining all the issues and the corrective actions that were needed.

I also had Brady come out several weeks prior for a estimate for a dog wash station. He was also very professional and assisted me with making the most effective and cost efficient area to put the dog wash station.

This company has great staff and is very professional. I would recommend Friendly Home Services to anyone.

Derek was friendly, kind,knowledgeable, & answered every question I had with interest & as said with great knowledge. He was on time & put slip covers on his feet before entering our home & when he went out to get something from his van he took the covers off his feet covers just outside the door & when he came back in put them on again before entering the house. Very contentious of our floors & carpet by doing this which was greatly appreciated. He was AWESOME & explained the bill & sent an email of the bill & an explanation of our benefits of the program we've elected. Also noted to me that we only owe another 2 months! Not 3, very happy suprise.
I'd recommend your company to friends and family because of the quality and professionalism and knowledge that was shown by Derek, whom I am sure was trained just as all employees are with your company.

Be very careful with these people. We almost fell pray to a bait and switch. We brought in friendly for a summer system check. We were told by the friendly technician that the system needed replacing. We brought in a second outfit for assessment and a second bid. This new technician said the system was fine and in good working order. he did say that the air conditioning fuse was tampered with. The friendly guy also looked at this fuse. Needless to say I suspect the Friendly technician of messing with the fuse. I was also lied to by the technician who said the company was a local company and not a franchise.

Crozby and Johnathan were fantastic. They did a great job fixing our clogged drain. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to promptly remedy the situation. We’re recommend them and the Friendly team to anyone.

Beau, Jon and Jordan unclogged a kitchen sink and they were amazing! AND they saved me $200 off the orginal estimate to unclog. I appreciated the honesty and not doing unnecessary work. They even took my garbage out and brought my can back out from the street! I have never had such amazing and honest service and not felt like I was getting jerked around. And on top of that - for them to go so above and beyond was really incredible. I will always call Friendly for plumbing needs!!

The two employees that came to replace our water softener, also made time to descale our tankless water heater when asked to do so upon arrival. They were very friendly, worked with our needs, they cleaned up after themselves AND cleaned up the salty residue that our softener left on the floor. I would recommend their service to anyone.

I was very impressed with the two gentleman that arrived at my home to complete our duct cleaning service from friendly home services. The overall experience was excellent! They showed me what I would hope any company would do when coming into a home..respect and professionalism. I would recommend friends and family to this group for the great experience.

Crozby and Dillan were PHENOMENAL. I called the night before at 7pm, and they were here by 8:30am the next day. I appreciate that they gave me multiple options, didn't pressure me into anything, and got everything done in less than 3 hours despite me deciding to go with a brand new toilet! These guys are a great pair, and I'll ask for them specifically in the future. 10/10 stars for me.

Jeremy, Phil & Thomas were excellent ! I Was still just thinking to be getting a quote for a new H2O heater and hired them immediately... instead.. In 90 minutes the trio had an excellent new system ...up and running, with all the frills.. the old one wasn't broken, just 13 years old. The new install is sweet! Now I can enjoy that my household can take 2 baths and a shower without delays, one right after each other...instead of waiting :45 to have the boiler to struggle to recover... Clean, smart...top notch.
