Friendly Plumber, Heating & Air

I don't leave many reviews, however when someone goes above and beyond as Jonathan, Chase, Corbin and Alex have, the experience must be shared. I have used Friendly Heating and Air for both installation of two heaters and now a new AC unit. We had a very complex and complicated condo unit with a very strict HOA governance and had to have Alex and his team work around framing, tight crawl spaces and a very difficult air intake and exhaust situation. They all had to come back and forth to the job at least 4 or 5 times. Each time they had to return they were polite, positive and professional. After many long days and creative thinking, they completed the job within a few days. If you need any HVAC or plumbing work done. These are the only guys you need to call!

Stay away from these guys. The main guy with worked with is "Ron". We had a clog in a bathroom sink that ended up costing upwards of $400 to fix. Included in that cost was yearly membership that guaranteed free drain cleanings and checkups. Fast forward two months, the same clog has come back. We call them out to fix it, and they promise the free drain cleaning. "Ron" gets to the house says we used our free drain cleaning when we paid for the membership ON THE FIRST CLEANING. They are now gonna charge us another $400 for fixing the drain.

FRIENDLY HOME SERVICES ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY.

I was not filling well ! Ask if I could ask if They could let them self’s inn & probably because I’ve had them out so many times
But that don’t happen these days. But I needed the service done.!! Any way I can trust them/ the job will be done wright and efficiently every time / They trust me in that I’m not going to take advantage of that trust in me. Bye claiming that they didn’t do their job and not pay or blah blah blah it’s the way I wish the world was steel I trust other guys I don’t know what they’re doing if they don’t know they’ve got some with it does I love them oh nothing else for that fact alone

I really liked the plumber. The pricing was reasonable. The plumber went above and beyond and did a great job. He also gave me advice on other items in my home that was helpful. I will use them again.

We had an impeccable experience with Family Home. In addition to living in our home for over 25 years, we just underwent an extensive renovation in which we have used multiple plumbing services. Family Home has been, far and away, the most responsible and professional we have ever dealt with. Our technician, Joseph, was off-the-charts exceptional. He was on time, communicated costs and developments clearly throughout the entire process, asked permission to perform any additional work, and was extraordinarily knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. We can’t recommend him and them more highly, and if you are looking for a seamless and flawless execution, they are the poster child.

I have used Friendly Services for several BIG projects. I gave them more than several chances to prove themselves. I can not recommend them. I am not fluent in "plumbing and furnace" so I can't explain in detail. But I have spent tens of thousands and problems continue to arise. It's always "you need a new___" or you need to do _____" so I do it and then it doesn't work and I have to do something else. I'm sick about it all. I've had no hot water for days, gas leaks, no heat. I regret ever working with them. They take my money but take no accountability. Beware.

Brady was so great! He was always on time and did a great job explaining the different situations I was dealing with concerning my broken water heater and master bathroom faucet. I really appreciated him giving several different options so I could find what would work best for me and my budget. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. He was just there to help. His work was done fast and efficiently, everything looks great! Thank you!
