Had an emergency service needed for our plumbing and the crew was able to send Jordan out within the hour for us. Jordan was fantastic! Really knowledgeable, and quick. Would definitely recommend and use again

Great team of professional people who are friendly and care about doing their job correctly. They are available to contact for any kind of follow up. I highly recommend their services and their team of people available to do whatever is needed. I especially thank Alex who coordinated many different parts for a new furnace installation, etc..

Update August 25: Don’t let owners good natured response fool you. This is the second time I was promised a follow up from management and I am still waiting.

Also decided to add a picture of the part that was replaced by “Friendly” for $750. This was a $50 part + 1/2 labor + visit charge. Based on this their fee seems to be about $300+ an hour. My attorney is only $250 an hour. What a rip off. Friendly, Whipple, and Anyhour plumbing are all getting ripped apart on Nextdoor for their unsavory business practices.

Original: Needed leaking outdoor facing faucet replaced that was causing interior flooding. Services are way over priced. I feel taken advantage of at a moment when I was in a weak position. Wanted to replace my 1 year old water heater for a “leak” for $2400. I paid less than $2000 to have that brand new one installed. Had a different plumber take a look and give a quote and they said there is no leak in the water heater. So another plumber just saved me $2400 for replacing something unnecessarily. Will never recommend and instead will actively dissuade people from using their services. Find a reasonable service not trying to take advantage of people.

These guys are crooks! HOLY SMOKES! I'm out of town, my wife calls them cuz our garbage disposal is leaking out the bottom. OBVIOUS replacement. They came out for not even 5min. Never even turned on the water, disposal and never even got under the sink to look to 100% confirm it. He leaned over, looked at it for 10seconds and quoted her $650 BUCKS to change it out AND an 89 dollar service call that in less then 5min he went "yep, 650 bucks". Then seriously told her "well there are other places that are more expensive and cheaper", seriously? What the...??? Is this a joke? "Friendly"?? Jeez... with friends like that I think I'm better off calling Enemy Plumbing!! BTW, Home Depot.. $300 bucks-Parts, labor, install, done.... 650 BUCKS?!?! And an 89 dollar 5min service call. Don't call these crooks!!
(Update)... they also send you a text message asking you to call them. Every single call is instantly answered by a busy signal every single time then it automatically hangs up on you. If you call the actual office everyone just says "all the managers are in a meeting" and either the receptionist offers to help at a managers level or they take your name and never call back.
Just go elsewhere... it's your safest bet.

I couldn’t find the link to add a new review for work recently done by Friendly Services in our home, so I’m just updating my last review.

The bottomline is that we continue to standby our “5-star” rating for Friendly Services.

This last week, we had Crozby (Master Plumber) and Dillon (Apprentice) perform three services for our 1985 home in the Granite Community of Sandy City:

1. Install new water pressure valve (to bring our house water down to 65 psi from 100 psi).

2. Replace 38 year old laundry room sink faucet with new Moen gooseneck faucet & spray nozzle.

3. Replace 38 year worn out “freeze proof” hose bib that was leaking badly.

The work was done in a timely, professional, and proficient manner.

The way Crozby and Dillon replaced the wallboard (removed to replace the pressure valve) was “above & beyond” the call of duty. Crozby put a 2”x4” behind the wall board and added 4 screws to hold the plasterboard in place.

The were courteous, competent and cleaned up the area after completing each project.

It was a pleasure to have Crozby and Dillon in our home.

We also had Kerwick Denally in our home this morning we do the annual check-up and maintenance of our A/C.

We have the same praise for a Kerwick that we had for Crosby and Dillan.

Thanks to the new ownership, management and professional employees we have seen in the last year, our faith has been restored in Friendly Plumbing.

Beau Diamond has restored my confidence in Friendly!

We have used Friendly Plumbing for 10 years now. They provide HVAC system maintenance and general plumbing services, but had high employee turnover and a were always a little pricey, but consistently stand behind their service.

When two of our shower drains backed up, I called Friendly for service under our maintenance plan.

Beau Diamond responded to our call. He was prompt, professional, courteous and quickly solved the problem. He went beyond the call of duty to clean-up and leave the showers spick-and-span.

It was a pleasure to have Beau in our home.

Beau also explained that Friendly was under new management. He felt the new owners had made a big difference in improving service quality and professionalism.

Based on our interaction with Beau Diamond, we are willing to keep Friendly as our preferred plumbing provider.

Without our recent experience with Beau, we would have been looking for a new plumbing service provider as soon as our maintenance plan expired.

They do not keep their appointments; for work to be done or even to return your call. They cut corners; five minutes spent on hot water heater flush, for example. I've had issues with these two topics repeatedly so I have canceled my membership.

They seemed decent when I spent thousands of dollars replacing my entire HVAC system, but when it comes to membership benifits, they clearly don't care.

Best company! Miguel and John did a wonderful job ripping out our old pipes and putting in brand new ones! They were very friendly and very professional.

The technician cleaned out our drain. He was very efficient and professional. He also explained everything. His name was Beau Diamond.
