Absolutely dreadful service. Says open 24 hours yet when I call with a special SP membership and an Emergency with my Furnace off completely, 13° Outside and 59° and dropping in my house there is absolutely no answer when I called the company over 10 times. Bought a furnace from them that goes out every year. So when my 10 year warranty expires I'll be forced to pay $100's of dollars for their service calls every year. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FRON THEM!!! GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!! Finally texted them and was told it will be 6 days before a technician could come out. So mean while we'll be freezing to death for 6 days. We'll be frozen dead by the time they come see us!!!!!!

They lead us to believe that there was no set charge on installing a disposal when in fact the technician informed us that the set charge was 425.00 for a half hour job. RIP OFFS WE ENDED UP PAYING 89.00 FOR NOTHING

Friendly Home Services installed our furnace and AC in 2017. Since that time we've kept our annual maintenance plan and have been delighted with the service. In our latest fall check-up plumber Ron McGinnis flushed and descaled our tankless water heater and identified some leaks and a needed sediment trap for the water heater. The estimate was reasonably priced and the work Ron performed was outstanding. HVAC specialist Greg Wooten also educated me to potential issues that we could have in the future with the heater and he'll be back to install a surge protector on the heater. We are always grateful to Friendly's professionals in keeping us aware of leaks, problems, and code requirements.

This all started back in April when our watermain burst. We were given a quote of just over $9000 and we agreed to have the work done. It only took the excavators a couple hours to realize they could not do the job according to what was quoted and they bumped the cost to more than double the amount. With a cost of over $19,000.00 you would think they would work to get it done quickly and keep the customer happy. It took me multiple calls to get the salesman or a manager out to the site as decisions had to be made. It was over 3 weeks until we got the job done. Fortunately we were without water for only 2 weeks. The excavators were nice enough to set us up with a hose to bring water to the house. It was another couple weeks for the concrete to finally get done.
That wasn't the end though. The concrete cracked in less than 30 days. They finally addressed the cracked concrete in October. 2 weeks ago (October 14th) they busted up the concrete, dug it out and put rebar in and then they left. I started calling this week wondering why we haven't poured new concrete. My concern is with trick or treaters coming on Monday. I have been told that a manager will call back and they understand my concern. I don't believe they care. The person I spoke with today tried to tell me they are very busy. Really? Too busy for a 5 minute call? Now, I will be stuck taking a day off work on Monday to make sure the kids don't get hurt. I can't afford a lawsuit. I have always been slow to write a review, in fact this is only the 2nd time that I have felt pushed to complain this way. They tell me they care but everything seems to take forever. This has been an expensive 6 month nightmare and it isn't over yet.

I have used Friendly in the past and really feel they are a reliable, dependable and knowledgeable company. My hot water heater was making noises and I wasn’t sure if the soft water brine tank was working properly. Joseph was very knowledgeable and informative about the brine tank working well, flushing out the hot water heater, making some adjustments and also giving us a quote for a someday instillation of an in demand water heater. I am glad I decided to do a maintenance contract with them!

Alex was very knowledgeable and professional, and answered all of the questions I had. While he was doing the furnace tune up, he found some issues with the original installation. Friendly Home installed a new heating and air system for my home last year, Alex explained to me what were not done correctly and he fixed the problems. I really appreciate his honesty and work ethics. Alex knows what he’s doing, and provides excellent service.

About three weeks later Alex came back and did a tune up for my AC. He was so pleased to work with and went the extra miles to rinse off the dirt built up on the condenser unit. Thank you Alex! Highly recommended.
