Lance was very professional. He called to let me know he was on his way and to give me his estimated time of arrival. He tested the shower and knew right away that the cartridge was clogged and needed to be replaced. He quoted me the price and proceeded with the repair after I agreed. The repair was completed in about forty minutes and hot water was restored to my shower. Lance has very good communication skills. Very pleased!

I returned home after being away for about six hours and my water heater went out, I have no idea how long the water was. I called Expert Services and told them my problem and she told me they could have a technician at my home in two hours and that’s how long it was.
Chase my technician was extremely professional, he evaluated the situation and gave me a quote on the job and started working right away. The job was completed in a timely manner and I was very happy with the finished product. I would recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

Rich told me about their Expert Membership which includes extensive safety and maintenance inspections on every aspect of your plumbing, HVAC, electrical, vents, appliances, and pipes. If you haven’t bought this membership yet, now is the time !! Rich spent almost two hours here doing a thorough inspection, taking pictures and explaining everything to me.
David was here to do the plumbing inspection today also. He was thoughtful, thorough, and took the time to show me what I can do on between their inspections, to be the best out of all of my appliances. He took photos, explained what he found, and helped me find the right replacement parts to purchase.

David was great! We called on a Thursday and they sent David out within hours. He gave us an estimate and completed the work all on the same day! Easiest experience I've ever had with house repairs. The work is great quality and David cleaned up after himself. 10/10 would recommend!

Thanks for providing your side of the story. Unfortunately this isn't completely true; I was called by your company and told on the phone that the work order (in reference to the quote/bid) was approved by my home insurance and to schedule the work. If there were no active problems I would not have moved forward with a $3K replacement. I've repeatedly asked for you to pull the transcript that would prove this - to which my request has been ignored each time.
The technician on site was great and the work was done well, but at the end of the day you should hold your back office responsible for their communication with customers. Again, being told directly one thing and then after the fact going back on your word is unethical.
Ultimately the home insurance cannot reimburse as you did explain to them that there was no active problem - this left me caught with the entire bill even though I was told directly by your company it was approved.
I am still more than happy to find a resolution so feel free to give me a call if you would like to help address. There are still a few unanswered questions that have not been addressed.

I would strongly advise anyone from entertaining using this company for any work. They scammed me out of almost $3K for a water heater replacement.
This company got picked up as a subcontractor from my home insurance work order request. They came to bid the work on a Monday and then called me back Wednesday saying that the work has been approved by our home insurance and they can complete the work Friday - which they did.
Upon completion they used pressure tactics by calling my wife and letting her know their technician could not leave our house if we didn't pay the invoice.
The invoice was made out to American Home Shield (the insurance company), but shortly after our insurance stated that this work was never approved by them so they couldn't refund us the money.
Each time I called Expert Services (7+) they said they would get me a solution after speaking with "management" and would call me back - they never did; not once. After two months they again told me seek reimbursement with the insurance company, but they would not work with them to approve it.
In one of my conversations they explained that the receptionist who scheduled and approved the work no longer works with them. I requested the transcripts which were recorded multiple times but they never entertained the request.
They eventually just blocked my number and never gave me resolution on any of it. They were never able to say they weren't going to cover it or provide any real solution to do right by what they told me with it being covered.
This company should be held responsible for making false claims and dragging their customers around for two months with no real intent on providing solutions.

JT showed up on time and was able to clear our kitchen sink drain clog which ended up being a long way down the drain line. Two previous services were not able to clear our drain. We are very happy with the service we received. Highly recommend.
