Our water heater went out almost 2 years ago. We got a new water heater under warranty and new connection lines from Standard Plumbing Supply and called Expert Services for the install on a referral from a neighbor. Could not get a quote before and it cost over $500 to just hook up the new water heater and add a shutoff valve before the water heater that the tech said was required for code.
We discovered a leak months later at the shutoff valve that Expert installed. They tried to charge me to fix it because they said the customer supplied connection line was not under warranty, even though the leak was on their parts. After some arguing with the tech he agreed to fix it free of charge.
Here we are almost a year later and it has been leaking again in the same place for months. Expert Services sent a tech today to fix it, but they would not warranty the work this time, even though they supplied their own parts when it was fixed. I had to pay another $150 today to Expert Services to replace their leaking parts again. Ridiculous that they won't warranty their own work.
I rarely post negative reviews, but wanted to warn others before you get stuck in a repeating cycle of paying this company to keep fixing their own mistakes. Their tech was super friendly and did a great job today, but I should not be charged for something that cost me over $500 originally and has leaked ever since.

The fix was very straight forward, but they did not charge a price for coming out, only for the follow through of the job and labor cost. Communication was exceptional.

Toilet began leaking out from under itself. When David arrived from Expert Services and pulled the toilet we found the toilet flange had more or less completely disintegrated.

Within a couple hours David had a new flange installed and everything up and running again leak-free. David was professional and helpful through his visit and I'd definitely call Expert Services again for future problems.

Our furnace went out at a horrible time. My husband and I were sick and having the house cold was not good . Jim came out and helped up and had technicians I. Here in two days. They replaced our furnace and we are warm again. Thank you

Scott and Carter did a great job installing a drain pipe in our kitchen! They did excellent work in record time. They came out the same day we called so now we’ll be able to finish the kitchen by this weekend!

BUYER BEWARE! This company is NOT ethical and will take your money without hesitation. We were buying a house and needed an estimate on how much it would cost to fix electrical in one outside room. We already had an inspection done and knew some of the problem. They would not give a price for the call. Price was only given on arrival when we had no choice but to use them. The electrician was only there 1 hour and we got charged $500! All he did was inspect and give estimate NO work was done. They also charged for drive time to the location which I can understand but $250 an hour for NOTHING! Will never use this company and will make sure that all my associates know to NEVER use this company!!

From beginning to end, it was the perfect experience. When assessing the issue, Jim spent the time explaining options, and detailing the issues with the A/C in a way even I (a dumb advertising guy) understood. Scheduling was simple and when the day came for repairs, Mark and Richard were the perfect "house guests". We have the luxury of living in a 122 year old house and as a result have had many a company come in and "fix" something. Richard and Mark were friendly, effective, and did the job in less than originally planned. They were also very courteous with all our belonging and left with nearly no trace of ever being there. They cut multiple holes in the ceiling and you would expect a disaster and a disaster was nowhere to be found.

Technicians were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, efficient, and fast! My water heater started leaking and they gave me several options for things I could do ranging from an inexpensive part fix all the way to a tankless option. They walked me through all the pros and cons of each and didn’t pressure me at all. They were able to quickly install the hot water heater I needed and were very professional and pleasant while they worked. Highly recommend.

Chandler was extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations.
