Expert was amazing with their service and quality of work. Jeff was the technician who came out and did the work. He was very professional, meticulous, friendly, and efficient. He was extremely honest and did a wonderful job explaining to me what needed to be done. I would 100% use them again and would and have recommended them to friends.

Jeff was out at 8:00 on the dot, the window was 8:00 to noon so I was surprised. And happy. And he is such a pleasant person to deal with even at 8:00 AM pre breakfast. I had some electrical work done a few years ago and had figured 6 hours for the work. He was done and on his way inside of three and the work was perfect and professional and he was happy to explain everything he did. A surprisingly pleasant experience and I don't have to worry about dangerous electrical issues any more. Five star PLUS work and service. Highly recommended and the price was very very fair.

I had a fantastic experience with them. Nate was able to come to my house the same day that I called, and he installed a new tub and shower trim kit without disturbing the new tile on my wall. He installed a new toilet for me also, and when we noticed the lid was chipped he brought me a new one for free on his way back from work a couple hours later. When he was there he gave me advice on a leak that we were having totally free of charge, just to be nice. He said it was easy enough to fix ourselves and showed me on amazon the exact part I needed so we could get it done without having to pay a plumber because it was an easy fix. I have used another plumbing company in the past but for the issue I was having they couldn't send someone out for several days, so it was lucky I found Expert and now I will only be using them in the future! They are fast, kind, and do an expert job!

We called Expert Services with a possible warranty issue for our Tankless Water Heater, but it ended up being a completely different problem. They were very good to work with and were quick to resolve the issue that came up.

We received a quote from a different company, but we felt as though the tech was trying to upsell us. John from Expert Plumbing came and knew a great deal about boiler systems. He was honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. He taught me how to maintain the boiler to avoid costly repairs. He saw the job through from beginning to end. The price was half of what we were quoted by the other company. I recommend.

I had a great experience with this company. I was shopping around for quotes, but stopped looking for others after my experience here. I love the text feature to tell me my technician is on the way and how many minutes it will take. It takes away the stress of not knowing when they will show up. Chandler was great to work with, he explained clearly what needed to be done, and did the work quickly and correctly!

Scott came to our house and installed a water recirculator and replaced two bathroom sinks. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He was prompt, courteous, gave us great follow-up. He made some suggestions on how we could save some money and still get the results we wanted. We are very happy with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott and Ben Franklin (also named Expert) Plumbing.

Very professional service. Anthony arrived early and understood the problem immediately. Unfortunately, the bid was out of our price range so we decided to forgo the help since it’s a repair we can do. He was respectful of that decision. I would definitely call them again if we develop a problem we can’t fix ourselves.

Dan serviced our air conditioner on a hot summer day in July. We could not have been happier. He was exceedingly knowledgeable and thorough. He didn't just go straight to what he thought the issue could be. He checked our whole system before diagnosing the problem while educating us the whole way. Amazing communication on what he was doing and an extremely friendly fellow.

We had multiple small plumbing and electrical issues so I was so happy to find a company close by that did it all and had excellent reviews. The reviews are well-deserved. Allen (plumbing) and Stewart/Wes (electric) were professional, thorough, and took the time to help me understand the issues behind the problems we've been experiencing. The prices were reasonable and I plan to have them come back in the future to add canned lights, update fixtures, etc. Highly recommend!
