US Air Conditioning Distributors

Called in to order a York part, was told that they would not take my part number because "it could be different" it's a York part number and the guy I talked to had no idea about any parts or what they do. Spent 15mins on hold and another 10 on the phone to have the guy give me ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL.

This is the pace that people in the KNOW go! They are super knowledgeable here. We get all of our HVAC parts and supplies here. All of the staff is amazing. Super fast at getting parts ready and getting us on our way. Thanks for just plain kicking ass!

I rate them as a 1/2 star because everytime i put an order in for will call they never have it ready. I give them half a day to get it all together but always when i show up im waiting a good hr for them to pull my order!
Then they never offer up any help to load me up, and i get a ton of galvanized pipe....its heavy!!! They put it all on a little roll away cart so when im trying to load it makes it hard as hell because tje cart wants to fall off the dock!!! They are very unprofessional and not helpfull what so ever seems like they are all about them selves !!

Called looking for a part and was given the runaround. Called back and was told that they are strictly a wholesaler to companies with an account. I was referred to this company by an individual, who purchased parts from them WITHOUT an account... Who doesn't hate having his or her time(our most precious commodity) wasted? Plus, it's extremely unprofessional when a company employee's words are inconsistent with the actions of that company.

Good service. Bought a job site umbrella broken out of box and they took care of me and made it right👍

I’m going to offer U.S. Air Conditioning 5 stars on account of the various OUTSTANDING people who deserve 100 stars or more… These people are (99.99999 % SHEEN), starting with Steve Hilton who’d give you the shirt off his back just for asking for it, not to mention legendary elongated details as-per Steve’s prompt & reliable impeccable service over the course of numerous years running… Brian Barker is MOST amazing also, I’ve never had a (distributor’s/technician) work as hard, generous, helpful or professional as Brian Barker does, he is absolutely beyond comparable in his job description… Jacob & Dan are abundantly superb also… I’ve been working with various persons in this HVAC industry for more than 35 years and these mentioned-people are among the best I’ve ever seen or worked with ever… I could offer continued elongated attributes going far and wide for these people, suffice it to say they'v got difficult job descriptions and duties, I know they deal with many complex circumstances outside their control… I believe that U.S. Air conditioning, and their associated (Johnson Controls) are EXTREMELY fortunate to have people like these mentioned ones representing them.

I'm not sure if they could be slower if they tried usually wait here about 30 minutes no matter what you're getting. One pvc fitting 30 minutes wasted

The service was terrible. It took over an hour to get our materials from Joe Dirt the clerk to the warehouse people!

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable staff to help complete projects!
