Chandler was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He listened to my problem and knew right away how to fix it. He had everything he needed to fix my problem on board. He spent around 45 mins or less (didn't seem like he was there for a long time but long enough to get the job done right!) replacing a bad PRV on our water main. He left the area he was working in cleaner than when he left. We were very grateful for his good customer service, skills and know-how because it was the day before the 4th of July and we were expecting company and needed running water without our pipes exploding! I will definitely use Expert again if all of their service guys are as good as Chandler. Thank you!

Expert home service replaced our furnace and AC unit a couple years ago so I have history with them. Our AC went out on Sunday with over 100 degree weather and when I called on Monday at 9am they set up an apt for Tuesday morning. On Monday night around 6pm they called me and told me they had to push me out to Wednesday afternoon. I understand things come up, but dont call to reschedule at night after a whole business days gone by when I could have had someone else to come earlier that day. I wouldn't have been so upset if the scheduler worked with me a little or didn't have such a "i dont care" attitude. Great service if they can keep their appointments, but very disappointed this go around. Ended up having someone else come out on Tuesday to fix our AC.

Professional,knowledgeable fast efficient courteous service at a fair price. From the person setting up the service through the completion of the job, and follow up after service. Highly recommended

Scott Voght came to clean out my main line sewer drain. Scott was right on time (in a two hour window and that's impressive). He was courteous, professional, and very pleasant to work with.

He quickly cleared my lines and provided me with excellent recommendations for my plumbing system.

We had just moved into our home and noticed slow draining in the bathroom. I called Expert Plumbing around noon and they had someone on my doorstep in a couple of hours. It was no major repair, but they showed up quickly and resolved the issue. Definitely would call them again.

Expert Plumbing is great! Scott V and Carter came here right when promised, were able to fix the immediate problem (something weird going on with my garbage disposal) and also helped fix the other little things that had been on my list. Also, they're really funny and were super nice.

AND my dog liked them!

Prompt, professional interactions at every step of the way. We were very happy with the service and attention to detail. Our service tech, Jeff, was extremely thorough in evaluating and outlining our options, and explained the pros and cons of the various options in detail. Jim came out on a Saturday evening to fix my boiler after another tech from a big name company gave up and left.
The big name guy said it was not repairable and I needed a new boiler for $15,000! Jim investigated and found the problem then offered several solutions. The total cost was $300. I now have heat and hot water and my boiler works great. Thank you Jim!

Dan T was on time and worked all day to get a very difficult half bath sink updated. It was in a small space and required special parts. He innovated and came up with excellent standard solutions for the future. He explained the problem and did an overall excellent job. While he was here he also put in a new kitchen faucet too.
