Lee’s Heating and Air Conditioning

Our air conditioning unit broke and we were in rough shape considering the temperature was over 100 degrees during the day. I tried calling another service company first, and waited a day and a half for any response or any communication about when they’d be able to get to us. Sick of waiting, I reached out to Lee’s. They were great to work with and a technician showed up when they had communicated. They were very efficient in diagnosing the problem (took 15 minutes) and they were extremely reasonable on price. Lee’s gained a customer for life today!

I called Lee’s heating repair about 9 AM because my heater was not working. The phone was answered by Nicole who was polite and knowledgeable and very willing to go out of her way to assist me with some questions. She scheduled me for a window between 10 and 12 noon that same day. Unheard of in today’s world!

The technician who arrived, Justin was very knowledgeable polite and willing to help me understand the problem with my furnace. The repair was complete by 11:30 AM.

I will recommend this company to my friends with 100%, confidence.

Gary was great and helped us get our A/C back up and running. He came over on a Sunday night to help us figure out our problem and didn’t quite until the problem was solved. He was very knowledgeable and great at communicating, our part took about a week to get to the shop. But he was here to install the next day. I would highly suggest Lees and more specifically Gary and his great customer service.

Again.... I will not use any other company. I will continue to be a loyal customer. LEE'S has been and is committed to making sure that their sevice to my home and my satisfaction as a customer is a priority and that is hard to find anymore. Dustin is great and so polite and respectful. He explains thing on my level and tells me everything he is doing to make sure the service to my furnace and A/C yearly is complete, safe and working properly. They are priced fairly and honestly and have great integrity. I trust this company with one of my most valued assets... MY HOME.... I have said it before... you are stuck with me as a customer LEE’S!

Zack was at the house at the said time, did a little diagnostic's, told what was wrong with the furnace, told me the cost of the part, plus the service cost. He got the part, replaced it, that was it! Zack is knowledgeable, and a real nice guy! It didn't take him long to fix the furnace. The cost was very reasonable, and it was no fuss no mess. Just a really good job all around! I would definitely recommend using Lee's!

Nick installed my new air conditioning unit yesterday and I couldn't be more thrilled. He is the ultimate professional. He arrived exactly on time and explained the work he was going to do. He got right to work, never slowing down until he was finished. Afterwards, Nick walked me through the new equipment and explained its features and functionality. Everything in the area he worked was left better and cleaner than it was previously. I am so happy with the new unit. It is quiet, efficient, and cools my house so much better than my old unit. Josh and his team at Lee’s were professional in all aspects. They were timely in getting out to see me and letting me know what the issue was. They sent pictures and explained what was going on. After a week of another company telling us that the only solution was a brand new system, Gary at Lee's was able to find the problem, fix it, and told me from the beginning if they can fix it, that is their goal before trying to sell me a new system.
