Lee's saved us on Saturday during the great heat wave!
the office people were exceptional, they worked in in the schedule on Saturday, the technician showed up on time, had everything he needed, and was done and gone in thirty minutes. I only use Lee's heating and air.

Our furnace went out on Christmas morning, we searched for hours to find a company who would help us, but only had luck with Lee's. A technician texted us and was able to guide us through fixing it with pictures with no charge. Thanks for saving Christmas, Lee's!

The receptionist was friendly, the service tech was great and arrived right away. His diagnosis was spot-on and super-fast, too. Thank you! 👍 However, because the capacitor replacement part was so expensive ($250), the overall rating is only meh 😕. I would not buy another capacitor from them, but I would DEFINITELY have them diagnose and install it.

UPDATE: Lee's called me and said that I shouldn't have even been charged the diagnostic fee; I received a check with the refunded amount and changed my rating.
ORIGINAL POST: Lee's was very prompt and efficient (I'll give them that) - but frankly, I'm a bit miffed. My mom was having her furnace tuned up and I figured we should do the same to be preventative. The guys were great; they came right on over and checked our system - said everything was great - Took them less than 30 minutes and cost me $130, but I figured it was money well spent and our furnace would be good through the winter. Less than 2 months later the furnace was acting up. I called them and they came over right away. The tech said we had a low flame signal so he replaced it and said I was lucky that it was "the cheapest thing to replace." I brought up that we just had it tuned up and he just said a lot can happen in a month. $120 for the part and $70 for the 'diagnostic' which took him all about 2 minutes. Granted, our furnace has been working again and they were very prompt. But I am disappointed that I paid for a tune-up and it was a waste of money. I don't know enough about furnaces to know if they should have caught something like that in a tune up or how fast it can go out. But it would have been nice to at least get the diagnostic fee removed since they had just been over.
