In the process of getting a new roof, we had to make a quick decision about our old swamp cooler. It was time to replace our 35-year-old furnace with a new high-efficiency furnace and ditch the 28-year-old swamp cooler for A/C. Lee’s was able to give us a same-day bid at a more reasonable price than the other companies we contacted. They were very friendly and professional, and they honored their pricing even when they ran into some issues with retrofitting and bringing things up to code in an older home with an old furnace (and no previous A/C). They completed the job in one day, and we are all set for the hot summer months ahead! I definitely recommend Lee’s.

Great company to work with. Our furnace was old and not reliable. The AC unit was no longer working. The team from Lee's educated us on the new energy efficient options. I had bids from other HVAC shops and Lee's was very comparable with some added features the other shops didn't offer. The installation only took two days. The team was very considerate of home. We had a small issue with the system a few months after the install and they were quick to get a tech to the home and fix the problem at no charge... We are very pleased with our system and Lee's Heating. Highly recommend them!

I have to give a 5 star shout out to this company. I don't live near the Salt Lake area but I emailed them to ask their advice about a water softener, and they were kind enough to email me back. They had no obligation to respond since I'm not even in their service area, but I am very thankful that they did because they helped me make a decision on a product. Thank you Josh!

My furnace stopped working after i changed my filter. i called them to get an appt to get it looked at and worked on. the office lady was super helpful and just had the tech call me. It turns out that the tech wanted me to remove and reinstall the cover from the filter compartment. They did not charge me. They just wanted to help me out and I will give them my business from my tune up because of this customer service.

I always have a good experience with Lee’s. The office staff is very personable and professional, and every tech that has come out over the years has been friendly and knowledgeable. They are courteous and willing to answer my millions of questions. We purchased a furnace, air conditioner, and home humidifier years ago, and now recently a new water heater and softener. I appreciate the time they take to explain my options and educate me on the different features. They always notify me when the tech is on their way, and they have always been punctual. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality and professionalism.

I was grateful for the honest tech, Dustin, that they sent. He was great at communicating with me about what needed to be done. I am not a fan of salesmen, due to bad experiences in the past. We appreciate the the quality service and courteous customer service. The maintenance checks every 6 months has ensured that we are comfortable all year. I would recommend everyone have a maintenance plan with Lee’s . . . Never worry if your HVAC system can handle the extreme weather. It is worth the price for the peace of mind!

Customer service is great from start to finish. In 2019 my furnace wouldn’t turn on. It was close to 5pm the Friday after Christmas and everyone was off for the holiday/weekend. A manager offered to come out, and was able to get it running for us. He seemed happy to be able to help us out. They came out again this week for maintenance and again, I am so impressed with the service and the employees I’ve had the opportunity to work with. They are sincerely kind and provide great customer service without being fake or over the top. It’s just easy. They do quality work, are honest and transparent, and the prices are very reasonable.
