I am extremely frustrated it's been a while and I'm choosing to review I was not going to but now I feel like I need to. Initially I made an appointment and and they no call no showed I had to call them to complain about them not showing up; it was a weekend; the woman I spoke to that rescheduled me said "he was sick" okay.... where was the call for cancelation? The next time they were supposed to come out, they no showed again, she said the tech "didn't see me in the schedule" the last time, they were late, again.

They did the bid for my furnace, and was getting ready to leave... I had almost forgotten that I needed to mention my A/C being done also (I don't even have duct work) to which he told me "you probably wouldn't want to, it will be very expensive to do it" I'm like: "how expensive " and he explained that it's a bigger job because the duct work has to be done from the attic, and that drives the cost up, it would be $7,000-10,000"... then sat there in his truck silent... I felt brushed off; no sir.. I do want it, i now am sitting in my new home sweating to death, because you felt I "Didnt want it".. they ended up installing my furnace... and I had to have them come back several times for various issues with it, that they essentially said was my issue, and it's just the way my home was built... now here I sit, trying to find someone else to come instal an A/C here at the house for me... when it could've been a bundle deal because was bought with a furnace... super disappointed. I was not going to leave a review but every time I call to get a bid from some place else I feel super annoyed and frustrated this could have been done a long time ago, with a bundle deal, because every place I call is like "we can do it way cheaper if you do it with your furnace" .... yep, I know; which has compelled me to write this review

My experience with Lee’s was great! This is a company that truly cares about their customers. They are honest, fair and willing to go above and beyond to please.

My furnace went out on Christmas Eve this past year and we had family coming to town to stay with us. I called Lee’s and they sent out a technician almost immediately who was able to get the furnace running for several days until we could get it replaced.

I appreciated that Lee’s worked with me in a consultative way to determine what was best for my needs and within a reasonable budget. They even suggested that I replace the furnace at that point to get through the winter and then not spend the money at that time for a condenser that I would not need until the weather warmed up. When they returned this past week to install the condenser, they tuned up my furnace and made sure that everything was still working properly.

I have already and will continue to recommend Lee’s.

Talk about a great company with quality staff!!! Since the initial consultation Chuck came out. He was professional, friendly & compassionate & understood what we were needing. When he came out he wore a face mask & limited himself to being where he needed to be & was exceptional at keeping a safe distance for the safety of us as well for the safety of himself. The young men that came out & did the install Alex, Josh & Dereck wore masks as well and limited their footprint to where the job needed to get done at.
The staff from Lee's understand & comply with the seriousness of this virus & took all measures to ensure our safety as well as theirs!!!
We are so glad we found them because their pricing is very fair & honest as well as realistic unlike other companies in the valley that wanted to charge us double to even triple that of Lee's!!!
Once again my wife & I thank you guys very much for the great job you guys did!!

Lees Heating and Air is a top notch, honest company. They are always ready and willing to come to a customer' need. We just had a new a/c and heating units put in. They were great at explaining the types of units so we could make an educated decision. They wasted no time in starting the work and we are very pleased with the results

We had our current AC unit stop working suddenly on a Thursday late afternoon. Our usual HVAC person was unavailable and suggested we try Lee's. Lee's was able to send a service tech out to us the next day. Although the service tech was able to temporarily fix our unit, he suggested that we should replace our AC. Lee's was able to get us onto the install schedule by the next Wednesday. Our new unit has now been installed on time & under budget. Everyone from the people answering the phones to the installation people were courteous, professional, and respectful of our time & property. We will definitely be repeat customers & recommend Lee's to others. Thanks for a job well done!

From the moment I contacted Lee’s for a repair, the process was made to be quick and painless. Scheduling a tech to come to my house was simple and I was surprised to get an appointment so quickly, both times I called. The woman on the phone worked with me to fit into my schedule both times and was very friendly and polite.

Dustin was the tech that came to my house both times and I will be specifically asking for him when I need work done. Both times, he arrived at my house on time and took only as much time as he needed to complete my repair. He was respectful of my home, explained the issues in a way I could understand, and resolved my AC issue quickly, less than 30 minutes each visit.

So happy with our experience with Lee's. Our AC went out overnight on the hottest day of the year and they were the only ones that said they could come and look at it that day. They did come and quickly fixed the problem. I am so impressed with them and highly recommend them because of their expertise and qualifications to anyone with AC issues.

Great service on a full furnace replacement! Called one day for a service call, they actually arrived early. Decided to replace rather than repair a 18 year old furnace. They were here the next morning on time, worked hard, did a great job and even cleaned up after themselves. 24 hours later, it's single digits outside, but we're warm and comfy in the house. All employees were fantastic....Dustin on the service call and Alex and Quentin on the installation. Knowledgeable, professional, polite and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Yea, I was hoping for a cheap repair and a new furnace cost a lot of $$. But this replacement was inevitable, and I knew it was coming. We can only live in denial for so long right?.....then we get cold and call Lee's. New furnaces are expensive, but I feel I was informed and treated fairly. Assuming this furnace lasts me another 20 years (fingers crossed), I think I'm in pretty good shape, Thanks Lee's!
