Nice technicians but they upcharge their parts by 10X the actual value. Do yourself a favor and find someone who isn't going to rip you off every chance they get.

Lee’s Heating and Air Conditioning have taken care of our furnace and AC for many years. The service has always been top notch. Very nice technicians who take the time to educate you about your system. When they install things it always looks neat and tidy. That shows they know their stuff. 😀

Lee's was represented to me as a top hvac installation and maintenance company but after 5years and almost $10,000 later I found out that this claim was hogwash. The units seemed to work ok but not $10000 worth of ok. I called Lee's to have some one come out and do a maintenance checkup on the unit. I was told that they didn't do maintenance checks, that the unit didn't need a checkup. I called the person who sold me the unit and supervised it's installation, relaying to him the problem. After much discussion I was told Lee's didn't do service calls and that it was more or less my problem. Moving forward seventeen years from date of purchase, I finally found a company that would do service calls. The service tech spent two hours going over the unit. He took a number of pictures of areas where poor workmanship during installation allowed dust and moisture to get into the more intricate parts of the hvac. The unit can be repaired for about four grand or replaced for thirteen thousand. These are tidy sums to a retired person and looking back, knowing what I know now, I would not been so gullible and believed what i read. I truly believe Lee's Heating took advantage of us. They sold a bad product making false claims and didn't back up their product.

Lee's techs have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. It was a surprise to learn the device/maintenance call pricing had been increased to almost double the previous rate 9of $59. The staff should inform customers up front of any service price increase. Thanks for the advice visit.

Thank you Lee’s Heating and Air! My Central Air Unit went out. Nick quickly responded and installed a new unit. Nick made the process so easy and answered all of my questions. Once the unit was installed Nick gave me a quick tutorial. The next morning I received an email with my warranty certificate. Lee’s filled out the warranty information for me and submitted it.

Lee’s got me in the morning after I called, and Dustin was even early. I immediately trusted him. He’s super professional and friendly and fixed my AC in less than half an hour. He fixed my dad‘s heater last year and I liked him so much I put the company’s name and number into my contacts. So glad I did!!

I have used Lee’s three different times and have been very impressed each time. They have been on time, very professional and very helpful. They were able to fix the problems that I had during each visit and my wife was very comfortable with having them in our home (huge deal!)Their response time to my calls have been great! I would recommend them to anyone.

Been using Lee's for the past 13 years and never once have I had an issue with them! They have been amazing at coming in on short notice for emergencies and reg scheduled apts. They take the time to fully explain issues/pricing so that I understand. Their pricing is great and their service is phenomenal!! I love these guys!
