We've had AC problems for a while and everyone that comes see it always wants to change it out (yeah...the 25K fix), but today we ran into the most honest and least pretentious of them all: Jon Wayne service. Lionel came over, have his dx and fixed it for a fraction of the price.

Nice staff, but lack of experience, it cause me $1500
My system was working just not worming up at all, tech Decided to replace the capacitor and fill out with refrigerator, On his invoice mention there is no leakage leader system was not continue working. He came back and took too much refrigerator out. He mention it’s been Overcharge we did with the refrigerator. Ladder he find there is a wire was not connected correctly so heating is start working and I smell heat. There was nothing wrong with the capacitor. My system did not need any refrigerator but I pay 1500 just one wire was actually not connected correctly.

I submitted a service request online at approximately 5:30AM for an HVAC issue and by 7:30AM I had already received a call with a same day showtime. Once my technician arrived, he troubleshot the system and identified several issues which would end up being more cost efficient for us to change the entire unit versus repair. The next morning our installation crew showed up by 7:30AM and by 3:00PM we were up and running. Additionally, we had our ducts cleaned and sealed the following day which was completed within 3-4 hours. The entire team that worked with us did an excellent job from beginning to end. Brittany Customer Service, Lane Service Technician, Jorge, Tyler and Gilbert Install Crew and Jorge and Nicholas Duct Cleaning and Sealing. We chose Jon Wayne because the employees are professional and courteous, their appearance of vehicles and uniforms set a professional image when arriving to your house and it is obvious that the owner appreciates his employees and also supports the local community. Finally, the warranty package is outstanding so I feel these things listed out weighed the cost when it came time to decide to use Jon Wayne.

Yes Carlo is who you want to call if you have air conditioning problems and you want to take care of these problems in a way that you can afford. Not just jumping to, you have to get a new air conditioner right now. He was courteous, downright nice, and I felt very honest. He seems to really care about the customer. He is very professional and knows exactly what he’s looking at and he will show you what he’s doing so that you don’t feel like you’re left in the dark and he will give you different options for solutions.
I did do comparisons with other companies and he was so much further at being the best in every way for my needs
