They are a very great company. The few issues I had were addressed immediately. They did their absolute best to make sure that my situation was resolved. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. It maybe slightly higher than what’s out there but it comes to getting what you paid for. The value is worth the extra expense.

We thought we found a service for all our repairs but it ended up being just another service that says one thing and does another. We were told we'd get free service calls for paying a monthly fee and instead were charged $500 upfront for a year- turns out the service calls were not free just discounted. We were quoted a price to fix a light in our kitchen and got a half-effort fix which didn't match the family of lights it belonged to. We would never have even had this light worked on but they rummaged through are home asking if there was anything else they could look at for a quote and they told us they could fix it. This was charged along with wiring a camera to the front of our house at another $500. We have asked for a breakdown of this pricing but we were never given a sufficient invoice detailing costs of the repairs. Their invoices state they want their customers to be totally satisfied. We found out when they sent out a Supervisor, that just means they'll charge you again to fix the work you're not happy with and had agreed to do the first time. In our case, we offered to find the outdated lightbox needed to match the others, but were told the numbers were being crunched again to fix it the way we originally agreed. We shouldn't be charged anything more for the repair, which prompted us to just throw in the towel and cut our losses. So in the end, we were charged $1,000 for a hardwired camera, a light we need to fix again and continued broken promises. In attempt to recoupe our $500 annual "discount" for this continued service, we were told that had been used up in the review/maintenances of our plumbing and a/c (another fact that wasn't shared with us). On their second trip out to remedy the mismatched light, we were questioned why we wanted our light fixed to match the other family of lights instead of just replacing all of them while being told they were "trying to accommodate us" in our request. At first, the faith-based service all sounds good, gets you in the door but the hypocrisy makes you walk right out.

Gabriel was great and very knowledgeable! He fixed our A/C in a timely manner and explained the entire process as well as all of our options so we knew exactly what was going. He offered to save us more money by offering us their military discount. Great company!

The technician performed a free and thorough inspection of our ac system and made recommendations. While doing so, he noticed that one of the vent dampers was mostly closed and opened it for us. It made a big difference!!! I plan on using John Wayne in the future for these recommendations

Called them to diagnose issues, they charged 179 for diagnosis, (it was 100% wrong). Then tried to tell me it'd be 1800 to clean the indoor coil and change the 2 fan motor capacitors that are 15 dollars each. I replaced capacitors on my own and cleaned both my outdoor coil and interior coil. Cost me about 50 dollars and 2 hours of time. Ac was still not working properly, had hvac tech come out from different company and they pulled a proper vacuum and recharged ac. Cost 200 dollars. Ac is fixed. They wanted me to spend 2000 in total and it WAS NOT gonna fix my issue. STAY AWAY.
