When my 20-year-old AC unit finally quit on me, John Wayne was quick to schedule my appointment to consult about my options. They were fair and patient with explaining to me what my options were, and ultimately we both agreed it was time for a complete replacement. The men that came to replace my unit were professional, friendly, and courteous. There was small cosmetic damage done to a banister during the install, but they fixed it immediately and apologized for the mistake. Their financing options made a huge project I thought I could not afford affordable. I even had them come back out and install the outlet and switch for my new hot tub that same week! I wil definitely consider John Wayne for my future AC and electrical needs.

Last Friday I posted that I was not happy with Jon Wayne Service Company and not 10 Minutes after I posted my experience, I received a call from Terry with Jon Wayne Service Company. Terry apologized for what happened and wanted to make things right. I was scheduled for the following Monday between 8 to 8:30 am. This morning Electrician Brandon Gonzales arrived at my home. I can honestly say that I have never experienced this before. What great customer service. I am very satisfied with Jon Wayne Service Company.

I called Jon Wayne because I had what I felt was an over priced competitor. And boy was I right! Jon Wayne saved me at least $5,000!
I had a whole new ac system installed, replacing the original unit. From the first service man to the last one, they were professional and courteous. They helped me to learn the new thermostat including the app. Getting ready to have some plumbing done now. Definitely would refer anyone to them. Thanks guys!

I came to town for my mother’s funeral, and the evening we arrived we realized the AC upstairs went out in my dad’s home. AJ from Jon Wayne came out early the next morning and did an assessment. The system was old and needed replacement. He got a great team on the job. They were careful to protect the home and worked hard to get the job done. I had the pleasure of having Joey Lopez as my Jon Wayne maintenance technician for my first annual tune up. Joey was very customer centric, knowledgeable, patient with my questions and kind. I appreciate the thorough examination he did of my A.C. unit and parts. Hopefully my next tune up will be just as pleasant.
