My wife and I have used Air by Hahn for the past 5 to 6 years at least. Mr. Hahn had told us the past few years our unit is old, not set up correctly and was going to fail us eventually. That we should start thinking of replacing soon. He continued to keep it running long enough for us to replace it last spring. This new unit is amazing, we are setting our thermostat higher in temperature, it is feeling cooler than the old one, and not even running as much. I can’t say enough about Mr. Hahn and his crew and will continue to use his business.

I've been using this company for several years. They have always been fair and good to me, and given me affordable maintenance contracts for my AC. They even helped me out with a problem once over the phone (clogged drain line set off overflow shutoff, I was able to fix it myself) and didn't change anything for that! They are a true family owned small business and hard working people, I don't hesitate to recommend them.

We are extremely pleased with the work Lee from Air by Hahn recently did on our AC. We called him late one Friday afternoon and he came that very evening. The following day he got the part he needed to repair our unit and had it up and running on Saturday. All this was done at a very reasonable price. This is by far the best service company that I have ever used. They are honest and trustworthy and truly stand behind their customers and their work. The coil needed to be replaced in my AC unit that was warrantied for 5 years. It was six months after the warranty expired and the owner went to bat with the manufacturer to replace the coil and won, I did not have to do a thing, he did it all! This company truly cares about customer satisfaction and treats customers as people, not numbers.

The one problem that we encountered was fixed promptly with no extra charges. The owner himself made sure that everything was performing up to my expectations, which are admittedly pretty high - I like to keep the house at 71 degrees :)

Came home in 100° weather after work to find out our AC was not working. Extremely hot inside the house and outside. Called around to see who could come same day. This same company worked on our AC years ago, I literally have an old receipt from 2016. Lady was nice over the phone and said a tech will be at my house in an hour. Tech arrived within time frame and got out and explained that he is going to have to pass on the job because of previous work from years ago that he's sorry and now apparently they do not work on mobile homes. We are extremely hot, wasted an hour waiting thinking the AC was going to get fixed. We could of had another company come out in that time frame to get it fixed faster. How can you just turn down a customer like that, especially in this hot Texas summer weather? We are literally dripping in sweat.

We recently had our AC serviced after getting a recommendation to call Air by Hahn, and we entered into one of their annual service plans afterwards because they were very professional, efficient, and honest. I had quite a few questions about our AC and heating system and they were so patient and helpful in answering them all. Thank you!

Lee, the owner, came to my house to provide an estimate on a replacement unit. I informed him that I understood there were trusses that obstructed access and I would have them reframed. He told me the job would cost at least $14,000 when the top end bid from a larger competitor was substantially less. After 5 minutes, he accused me of being "squirrelly" and left without providing a quote. It seemed like I caught Lee on a bad day but from my perspective, I want to do business with a company that won't abandon me when I'm in need.
