FLORESVILLE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING

I called for a routine maintenance check on my home AC unit. Benjamin was very helpful in getting me on the schedule. Carlos came too and was great about explaining the work being done as Benjamin did the work. Very friendly folks. Will call again next year for the next schduled maintenance.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND! After calling numerous local "handyman" and "home heating and air conditioning repair" numbers first, simply because they showed up first on a google search, and getting voicemail after voicemail and leaving messages with all of them (only to be returned called hours later in the day), I kept going down the list and called House Air Conditioning and Heating in Floresville, TX. Carlos answered right away without forcing me to voicemail and also got my basic info on what my problems and concerns were even though he wasn't in the office at that moment just so that he could give me a quick assessment. He then told me he would call me from his office shortly. Within minutes he called me back, got all the specifics and luckily had some free time and was able to come out immediately. Before deciding to just charge me some astronomical fee simply for coming out he assessed my situation and quickly realized it was not a large problem and diagnosed it for me. Because it was a small job he was extremely reasonable with the price and did not gouge me for all my money which I thought was courteous and fair. All the while explaining everything that he was doing, what he was looking for and why, and explaining everything to me about safety, etc. He was extremely friendly and prompt and I will definitely be calling him again if I EVER have any problems with my heat or AC.

They were great. Fast and quick to come out and do an assessment. Ac blower fan was out.. Unfortunately it wasn't a job they could take due to warranty issues but no cost to come check it out. Thanks guys.

Great team , they came out fixed our problem. Fast response and on time . Their service was great and reasonably priced . I will definitely call them again

i called House A/C at 7:09am. Business ph was answered by a real person, no v-mail, gave owner Carlos info on what had happened. By 8;42am I was writing out check for services and all is well! Will be calling these guys again!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Although they came out on a Saturday, they misdiagnosed the problem, charging over $300 for a dirty coil along with a $75 service charge which they never told us about before they came out. Rip Off Company !!!

They charge too much for refrigerant and check the system at the church, $615.00 at that moment and it is not working. We need our money back

Needed air conditioner fixed. Was under three year warranty but they only work on after three year warranty is up.

I was very pleased with the service received. Very prompt and down to earth father/son team.
