Service rep was very informative on every step he was taking. He did an excellent job. I found this to be the each time Jon Wayne company does a job at our home.

Our service technician,Tom was very thorough with his diagnostics check. He was able to pinpoint the problem and quickly corrected it. He also showed me how to prevent future issues with the settings on my thermostat. He was kind, patient and professional. He provided a wonderful customer service experience and address any concerns I had about the units’ performance. Overall awesome experience. We are so happy to continue doing business with Jon Wayne. I contacted the company on Sunday, and by 7:00 A.M. I got a call back. The rep listened to my needs and had a technician on site by 10:00 A.M. A new unit was installed the next day. They were there on time. Technicians were professional and courteous.

He was professional, informational, and went above and beyond in creating a solution for me that made sense and not try to upcharge or oversell me something I didn’t need.
