We have called on Jon Wayne multiple times for different issues. Never have been disappointed with their professionalism patience and advice. Their services are in high demand, but definitely worth their opinion.

John does the yearly maintenance is very helpful and goes the extra mile to help us with our tech questions. Really happy with him. He made sure the app was working in our phones before leaving. He is very polite and patient person. Please commend him.

Anthony came out. He took the time to answer all my questions. He made me feel I was important. He was awesome. I have mini splits he explained everything he was doing and why. Give that man a raise. Well worth the price.

Is there any way to add more stars? I can’t say I’ve ever had even close to a negative experience with Jon Wayne. Every technician is professional and courteous. Even the office staff is friendly and go out of their way to help whenever I’ve called. Thank you for always be prompt and there when you say you’re going to be there.

I would like to commend Madolyn for her professional & courteous service while setting up an appointment for AC service; Harry who called me to ask if we could move up our appointment from Tuesday to Monday & letting me know the technician was on his way; and to the technician, Andrew, who explained, in great detail, what was wrong with our AC unit. I met with Lupe at my home to discuss my options on installing a mini split for my two car garage. He was informative and professional. He laid out two options for me. These options were specified and catered to my lifestyle and current spending. I had a competitor from Will Fix It stop by to give me an estimate prior. It was similar in price but there were no measurements taken. He didn’t go into the attic like Lupe did. He just scanned the area and came back down. Lupe was effective and sincere. Thanks again!

Third time is the charm. This is a trustworthy company to call on. I’ve used their service in the past and called on them again. Our water heater pilot went out during the cold winter weather week. Schools and business were shut down but this company, Jon Wayne service company was still open and came out (Austin, Tx).
We called for service and had a quick turnaround. Mitchell was at our home in no time. As always they were completely professional and Mitchell knew his stuff! He explained what happened and answered our questions. He fixed the problem, and yes, we got the water heater back on! A completely A++++ company, I HIGHLY recommend Jon Wayne service company.
