Called on Monday and was scheduled for Thursday. The dispatcher called me in the morning to inform me there was a potential delay because the tech was repairing a system, but he arrived within the w
4-hour window. He immediately caught major damage to the service disconnect. Turns out one of our condensers had been working at all. He also confirmed the rest of the system was operating as it should. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and moved through the repair efficiently.

The technician who came out to assist me, AJ, was extremely polite and professional. He performed a thorough inspection of my AC unit and ductwork to give me the all of the information that I needed. I am very satisfied with Jon Wayne and their representatives.

My AC unit stopped working , had an appt with Jon Wayne, they quoted me 30K to replace, then said there was a cheaper way to fix it and was going to email me the estimate. Never received estimate, reached out to have it resent and it never arrived. The tech never reached out to see if I received it or if I had any questions. Figured they didn’t need my business and went somewhere else that had amazing customer service and only charged us 5K to replace the whole unit! Never will use Jon Wayne again!

Carlo the service tech was very knowledgeable and explained every step. I never had expected to receive the service I received but so glad I did. I will definitely be back for further service.

Nick was here early. He was polite and courteous. He explained what he was doing along the way and got everything taken care of in a timely manner. He asked if there was anything else he could help with. I asked him about our hot water heater, and he was very helpful. We are excited that we will be getting a new one from John Wayne!
