I was experiencing humidity drainage, runoff. I had a full drainage pan and didn’t know if I had a serious problem occurring. So I decided to call John Wayne AC. When the technician arrived, I explain what was going on and he did what he had to do. He corrected my problem and my AC is now working better. The technician explained what he did and what he did to fix the problem. He also explained what caused the problem and explained what I could do to prevent the same problem from happening in the future.
I currently have American Home Shield Insurance, but they would deny any repairs. AHS would say it was a maintenance problem and not a real repair they could assist me with. Thank goodness for John Wayne Service.

Received an estimate to have a mini split Ac/Heater installed in my garage. James was my onsite advisor and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and a please to work with. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions and provided me with my estimated project cost. I am very happy with my first impression of the company, and I could not be happier that they sell AMERICAN MADE!!!

The unit went out again in 2 days. I would not buy another unit from them. This unit is only a year and a half old. The unit should not be not working after only a short period of time. The quality is definitely poor and I would never recommend or use Jon Wayne again. Please look elsewhere.

When we had this system installed, there was a free Nest system included. Big mistake! This thermostat has failed twice and had to be replaced. Jon Wayne did that for free, however we recently experienced another problem when the water drain clogged and the sensor cut our AC off again because of the Nest thermostat. Needless to say Not Happy. The service provider knew what to do and how to get it up again, but I think my thermostat needs to be replaced with a better system. We do belong to the club with monthly fees for priority service, but still took a full day to get fixed.

Very poor workmanship. Asked for my entire old AC unit to be left on property did not do this, took copper tubing and cover panels for inside unit and left trash under my home that was taken off the old system. Did get the copper tubing back from them (as new copper in roll after several attempts to bring me copper that wasn’t mine and not at all the same amount that was take) as for the panels it’s a lost cause. As I’m sure they threw them away. Poor company altogether in my opinion. Lack of communication with employees. Wish I had did business with another company instead. Lesson learned. Will not recommend Jon Wayne to anyone! Now it’s if you didn’t get five star service pops will give your money back!!! Even some compensation would have been nice. But nothing was given back to me for not getting five star service. All I got was sent to voicemail/unread text to the tech that sold me the AC. I guess having to come out and fixed stuff 5 times in a month and me still having to do other things myself is ok with pops!

Wonderful group of people from the receptionist who answers your call to the person who comes to your home to perform the necessary services. All are very friendly and take the time to listen first and then respond with your answer.

Carlo Avendano provided an HVAC tune-up and did a fantastic job! He was very kind and professional. He walked me through each step of his work and took the time to help me learn more about my AC unit. I now have a unit that I expect to function more efficiently and a better understanding of components that might need to get replaced in the future. Thank you so much, Carlo!

My air conditioner went out on Friday at 7:30 pm. I called Jon Wayne Air Conditioning Service at 7:41pm as their website stated they were open until 8pm. They could not accommodate me on Friday night; however, they put me in touch with their service desk to make an appointment. They scheduled an appointment for the repair man to come out on Saturday between 2 and 6 pm. They called me at 3:48pm and stated that they "had not forgotten me." At 4:34pm they called and stated that they could not come out today to repair my air conditioner because "all their service men were busy and the calls they were on had taken longer than they expected." It is 90 degrees outside. I said that I could not believe that I made an appointment and that they were not going to have someone come out after they had completed a call--even if it was after closing hours. Evidently, they don't do that. I asked to speak to a manager and the caller introduced himself as a manager. I said, "no. I want someone higher up the chain than you." I want to talk about the lack of professionalism that this company has...how you don't make appointments and just not have anyone show up when you know the person does not have any air conditioning!!!! After speaking to the manager at Jon Wayne, I called another company that will have someone show up within the hour. NOW, at 5:05pm, the same person from Jon Wayne calls up and states that he can have a repair man, named Jacob, at my door in 20 minutes. (The manager stated he worked late to try to accommodate me--they close at 5pm). I explained to the manager (and I use that term loosely) that I would NOT do business with a company that is not capable of keeping their appointments, calling and cancelling the appointment BEFORE the appointment time was up, and who told me that they were closing at 5pm and there were no repair men to be had!!! How NOW is there a repair man???? How unprofessional can you be? A company is only as good as its' word and obviously this company's word is not good. Take your chances with this company. I could have already been sitting in my air conditioned house had I not chose to attempt to do business with this company. I am writing this at 5:30pm. No one from Jon Wayne's managerial staff has yet to contact me...I will be surprised if they do.
