Jon Wayne replaced our HVAC system last summer June 2022. The replacement upgraded the look of our house in addition to upgrading our efficiency. There was a minor imperfection left by the installation that took time to fix due to supply chain issues… we own a manufactured home that required specific drywall. They hunted it down and once they had the materials they fixed it quickly and efficiently. They are very nice and we feel comfortable having them in our home. Pablo was great to work with and his communication and customer service was excellent. Thank you guys!

I'm eating my own words after telling my husband we didn't need a new system, and he would never be able to convince me otherwise. We were finally able to experience the Jon Wayne care and treatment given to so many in our community. We had a lot of work done in our home. Our new Flex A.C system was not only put in, but the work is absolutely beautiful, so uniform, and our house is perfectly cool. I'm so excited to finally use my garage to workout in and get my treadmill out of my room thanks to our new mini split in the garage. I feel like we can actually use the space we are paying for, and not just to store our stuff! Jon Wayne also came out to install some cameras. Now I have piece of mind when our puppy just wants to relax outside. I can be inside with the kids and still have eyes on him to make sure he's not getting anything he isn't supposed to, which has been a problem and a stressor in our past. I think it's neat I can talk to him through the cameras too! Now if I'm taking care of the kids and my husband isn't home, I can just use the Jon Wayne app to see who is ringing my doorbell and I no longer have to sneak to the peep hole. I have a piece of mind knowing our home is just a little more secure.
Everyone in our home was so kind and respectful. I could clearly see uniforms and name tags through my peep hole before answering . There was no doubt that it was Jon Wayne at my door. Rugs and drop cloths were layed down to protect my home. I was comfortable leaving my home for both our Aeroseal and Installstion days. When I was home everything was quieter than expected, and when Jon Wayne left it was like they were never here. Thank you Jon Wayne for treating our family like one of your own.

I have used Jon Wayne Service Company for over 5 years. They installed a new HVAC system (Flex) last year of which I am very happy with the system and it has met all of my expectations. Recently I used their electrical and plumbing service. Both services were excellent and their professional installers were great. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they always clean their work area up prior to leaving. I would recommend all of their services (HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing) to my friends and family.

Do not use this Company. My a/c was installed 2 years ago and I’ve already had 4 service calls because it stopped working. At installation they caused a wiring problem in my home. They would not accept responsibility for. At installation they broke the window sill at my attic which leaked water into my home. And now when it is 114 degrees outside the a/c breaks again, 4th time in 2 1/2 years. They sold me a lemon. The owner himself could call me at this point and I would not change my mind about this Company. Also… they use high pressure sales techniques. Biggest mistake I ever made was using this Company.

Jon Wayne literally has a "red carpet" treatment with custom floor mats when they walk in the door. Very courteous and friendly sales rep but the cost was double what I was quoted by others for the same level of install. We went with a local company and are very pleased with their level of service.

Seniors BeWare!! I have been dealing with the Jon Wayne A/C company for the last four years. I have finally realized that they have been cheating me every time they come out for repairs. On the last visit I had called them in the middle of Aug. my A/C stopped working, so after they checked out the system they told me, "we have two offers to fix your system" one was $1200.00 the other was for $787.00. I settled for the $787.00 since they explained the $1200.00 would include a surge protector. At that time all I wanted was for the A/C to work. So they asked me to initial on their I-pad for the $787.00 repair without an itemized list of what was to be repaired. After they left it dawned on me that I didn't know what I had paid for. So I called the office requesting an itemized list of what was repaired, they told me to call the technician that worked on my system, I refused to talk to the technician and requested they email me an itemized list of the repair. A short time later the technician emailed me a list of what was replaced along with a copy of what I had accepted during their visit. Now the copy shows the three items that were replaced along with the price of each item and my initials accepting the work. Funny how all of this info was absent when I initialed the I-pad. The three items on the list were, one Circuit Breaker $238.00 which is a $14.00 item, one Service Disconnect $281.00 which is a $24.00 item this item was not installed properly they had to come and fix this problem., and one Hard Start Capacitor $311.00 which I had replaced a couple of months before. After seeing all of these charges I recalled that the last technician that had serviced our system from Jon Wayne had told me that all the technicians that work there "work on commission only" so when they come to your home they have to find something to replace in order for them to get paid. This will be my last experience with this company please be aware in this case a second opinion may be worth the call.
After placing this review one of Jon Wayne's representatives contacted me to see if there was anything they could do to help resolve some of the issues listed in my review. After a long conversation the representative agreed to work with me on the pricing of certain items.
I was impressed with the manner in which the representative approached me with respect and fairness. I guess for a company that shows a great deal of interest in resolving issues and keeping customers satisfied means a lot, therefore I believe such interest deserves changing my review from one star to four stars.
