I am very happy with the services they have provided. Brandon who was our technician was very informative, and thorough. The communication was great as well. I was scheduled from 12-4, but they notified me well in advanced that they are running significantly behind which saved us from waiting around waiting for them. They also gave us a 45 minute call out whenever they were on their way to our house.

My current Lennox ac works just doesn’t cool the upstairs as good. I called several companies to find out the cost and financing options they offered. I then called Jon Wayne to get an estimate for a new ac replacement that would be a bigger size. Customer service asked for me to do a credit check prior to the appointment. Short time later, I received a call from the finance department congratulating me that I was qualified and the salesman would go over everything with me tomorrow. 30 minutes later, I received an email from one of their finance companies stating that I qualified for $55,000. I thought to myself that is weird being that amount. Next day, Salesman came out, looked at the whole system then calculated the load test to see what proper tonnage would be necessary. Next, my wife and I were informed that the first option for replacement after being discounted was going to cost over $43,000. New home build systems do not cost that much. After the shock and laughter stopped, I was asked “how much did you want to spend?” The classical used car salesman line. From that point on, the company could have given me a new system and I would have said no. Salesman then gave us a quote of almost $17k with a huge portion of that being a maintenance warranty package. Seems to me, the company must be selling poor quality systems and raking in the dough with these overpriced ridiculous packages to keep them in business. Be ware and call others before spending 3-5 times more with this company and not even get a brand name product.

All the people were friendly and knowledgeable. James presented all the available options and pricing and was very patient with us during the estimate. The installation crew was also friendly and punctual. They were very patient with our constant barking dogs and didn’t let it affect their work. Great quality job they knew what they were doing.

Wow! We had an AC unit leaking water everywhere in the house. When other companies couldn't get us in for 1-2 weeks, Jon Wayne came the very next morning. Carlo was amazing. He showed up right on time at 8:00 sharp. He was professional and kind, he took extra care to keep our house clean, and he was great with our inquisitive dog and our sleeping baby. He explained everything, helped us pick the best option for our family, and did great work, all extremely fast. Our AC is working great now, and no water! Absolutely 5/5 and I will be calling to ask for Carlo for any future HVAC needs!

We bought a brand new unit through John Wayne and it’s been horrible. They overpromised and under-delivered- BIG TIME. It’s been 7 months and they’ve had to come out, as of today, THREE TIMES. First the unit was defective. Next, the unit wasn’t blowing cold air… we reported this on a Saturday morning and they said they couldn’t come out until Thursday. I will say, after informing them I have 3 children and it’s too hot to be in our home, they were able to come Monday. So on that visit, something wasn’t welded properly and there was a leak. That repair was MONDAY. Today, the following Wednesday, the a/c isn’t working AGAIN. The service rep told me, “Well with this heat wave, things can happen.” Things should not happen to a brand new unit when the heat wave we just had is definitely not the worst it can get in this area. This has been a horrible experience and I wish we hadn’t used John Wayne and we’re only 7 months into this a/c unit. This was a huge investment and we definitely should not have made it with this company.

Carlo worked on our ac unit today and was very nice, thorough and efficient. He diagnosed the issue with our ac and helped find a cost efficient solution so we didn’t have to replace our entire system. Also replaced our thermostat that we had been having issues with since moving in. Gave an in depth tutorial on how to use our new thermostat and made sure everything was ready to go before he left.

Richard Hickey was awesome! He knew what we needed and Jon Wayne could take care of it. He did! Smooth 90 minutes! Mr Hickey was impressive a reflection on Jon Wayne. Happy to have new system installed today! Less than 24 hour turnaround. And that’s how you do business!

I can’t say enough good things about the service we received today. Carlo, the Certified Service Advisor who came out today was outstanding. He made sure I understood the service he was providing, explained what his findings were, educated me on what things were done and why, and answered all my questions. He explained what type of system we had and how it works. He gave recommendations on how to keep it running efficiently and what not to do and why. Other companies can learn from the service level provided by this company for they have set the bar very high in my opinion.
