Would not recommend this company, first they don’t finish the job and don’t bring all the equipment they need. They didn’t leave our house until 1:30 am and I had to call them 3 times to come and finish putting all the equipment that was supposed to be finished on the first day. Someone finally showed up and they still didn’t finish the job. Still waiting on them. Two weeks later.

Angelo showed up right on time. He introduced himself and told me exactly why he was there. He was friendly, professional and very respectful. He went right to work and explained everything that he was doing and when he discovered something not quite right he investigated and gave me the results of his investigation, and most importantly the options we would have in the repair. I have been with Cowboys for over 10 years and they have always treated us right.

The reps Angel G and Daniel M were great. They both very professional and explained everything to me without any confusion. Was a great experience and highly recommend their services!

This company is great. We needed our 3 year system repaired for a leak and they came out and provided a free estimate, identified the leak ( no charge), replaced the faulty part and replaced the leaked refrigerant! In the same DAY!
We are very pleased with their workmanship and professionalism! Luis, Jorge and My initial technician were GREAT!!

Had called !!Aramendia !!ac company !!first quoted me for a new compressor and was pitching me for a new whole system inside and outside.Called cowboys for a second opinion and technician greg arrived in 10 minutes. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Greg was able to find the real problem in literally 2 minutes. Got the compressor running in 5 min. Problem was only a burned out wire going to the capacitor. Price was more than fair. Any Ac work on this house will only be done by cowboys ac . Thanks Greg for being transparent.

Top notch outfit! I called and they had 2 techs on site within 2 hrs. Props for Alfonso and Greg they were personable and professional, gave me plenty of options and got the job done fast at a reasonable price.

Joe texted and called me directly to let me know when he would be arriving. He got to the house and immediately went to work. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Took him about 40 to replace my broken part, do a cleanup, and get me back and running. I could not have asked for a better experience or a better tech. Will be returning to Cowboys

Milano and his partner were very professional and efficient! They did everything exactly the way they needed to. I used to do ac and know a good amount myself. I love their work and was very satisfied!

Checked malfunction of A/C system. The technician, Carlton, was knowledgeable and explained various procedures he performed and made some recommendations for long term maintenance of system. Would recommend his services to others in need. I was completely satisfied with the service provided.
