We purchased two large Air Conditioning Units last year costing over $25,000.00 and one month later the units leaked water through my ceiling leaving a hole. I had to miss work (without pay) to be home for the repair of the "New Units" then had to miss work again so they could come out and repair the ceiling by replacing the sheet rock. That was last year,and today (almost a year to the day) I came home to the exact same problem, leaking Units, Hole in my my ceiling (same area), and water damage to my carpet and wood floor. Before cleaning up the water from my wood floors I took pictures and sent them to the Manager Mike Martinez (who gave me his number last year if I ever had a problem again) informing him I came home from work to the exact same problem with the Units from last year But I was told (rather rudely)by Mr. Martinez I needed to call the office, he couldn't talk because he was with a customer. So I called the office stated my name and address then explaining that I came home to the exact same problem as last year, and felt it was unacceptable to have the same issue in less than a year. And that I needed to speak with the Owner or someone in charge and was rudely told there wasn't anyone in charge there, they had left for the day and that she could send a technician out. The technician came and stopped the water leak, but I still have a hole in my ceiling and water damage to my wood floor and damage to the decorative rug I had on my wood floor. I still haven't heard from Cowboys when my ceiling would be repaired. I'm anxious to hear how Cowboys intend to rectify this is issue, since this is the second time, the same problem has happened. $25,000.00 and here we are a year later, same problem with Units and damages to my ceiling.
I’m a stay at home mom and I’m very conscious about who is coming to my home and if I’m being taken advantage of price-wise. Well, Cowboys Air and Conditioning made me feel so comfortable and secure. They have GREAT communication skills and are VERY professional. They text me updates from the moment I called and made an appointment and even sent me a pic of the tech that was going to arrive at my house so I could confirm who it was easier. My tech, Angelo, was very kind and did a very thorough job. He took pics of everything for proof instead of just having me take his word. He sent me all the pics and a summary of the service to my email for my keeping and he answered ALL of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. So far, everyone I have talked to at this company has had great manners and great customer service. Highly Recommend!!!
Eric was a great technician. He was able to explain all my concerns and helped me with the cost of a completely new system. The install guys were great too. Stayed till 10pm to get everything installed correctly. I've had negative issues with other companies but I feel Cowboys are honest and their warranty backs it up.
Called cowboys when my outdoor unit stopped working. They were onsite in an hour and we determined it was time for a new system. Their crew stayed late getting everything working. Really appreciate that! System works great. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. 👍🏼

This is my first time using Cowboy’s A/C. I was having an a/c water leak . They were able to send someone out quickly. Greg Git called when he was on his way. He arrived introduced himself and checked the a/c. He showed me where the issue was and shared other things I needed to know . I agreed with him it was time to replace the 35yr old unit. We scheduled the install a few days later . Install team Ricky and Jesse showed up on time and got to work immediately. They worked nonstop , very hard working team with 15+ years of experience. They also cleaned up before they left. Thank you, Greg, Ricky and Jesse for handling my new a/c system. I would recommend Cowboy’s A/C. They have professional workers, great customer service and experienced installers.
Technician was very professional. He took time to explain all the issues with my unit as well as what was working well. Cost of any needed corrections were detailed without trying to sell anything. Good job. Will reach out to this company again 😁
We decided to book with Cowboys based on the reviews. We weren’t disappointed. The technician Joe P. was extremely friendly and talked us through our AC’s needs. Our unit is from 1986 and can be intimidating. He took his time and actually showed us how the gas was still on and we should have it off during the summer months. How it will cut down the cost on our gas bill. I have had other companies come out and they never told us that. We will definitely book with them again. Thank you Joe for going the extra mile 🙂
My AC unit was not working properly. I called them and they came out immediately it was late in the evening. They checked my system out and did a great job at doing it.The cost was absolutely great. It's good to know that there is a company like cowboys that is looking out for the customer and is so honest when it comes to reasonable prices while giving quality service. Thank you keep it up.
