I called to make an appointment and got same day service!!! Joe communicative and prompt! He went beyond the call of duty helping flush the drain line. He is Houdini. I would highly refer cowboys Air Conditioning to everyone!

Greg and Alfonso were on time, very professional and educational. They explained everything they were doing, the status of my unit, how to take care of it. They were both very pleasant and friendly. No pressure to purchase anything. I definitely will continue to use them for my A/C and Heater unit needs.

Cowboy's moved my A/C condenser to an alternative location after our builder placed it right outside our guest room. Josh was extremely professional and on-time which is rare out in the Canyon Lake area! I had the quote and work was completed all in one day. I just found my new HVAC company!!!

Just want to give a shoutout to Greg from Cowboy’s Air Conditioning. He had done work for our ac system before. And he is has always gone the extra mile to
help my family out when we have an ac problem. On a personal note just want to mention that Greg is very professional and kind. Our family is blessed knowing that we can call on him and he will be there when we need him. Joe was communicative regarding his response time. Showed up and introduced himself and explained the process of what had to be done. Got to work and was explaining as he worked on what he was seeing and possible solutions. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. I will use this company and specifically ask for Joe on all future calls.

I've had my fair share of experiences with multiple HVAC companies in San Antonio (many I'm sorry to say were poor experiences), and Cowboys by far a great company to work with. Angelo was a great serviceman and took care of everything we needed. Even called before he arrived to see if I needed coffee or water to drink. Never ever had that happen before was professional and answered all my questions.

Brad came our today for 29.95 AC special. He checked my inside unit and even went up in my attic wow. He also checked the outside unit. Cleaned the leaves I side of it and rinsed the outside coils. Very friendly, professional and courteous. I must say was the best money spent!

We had an exceptional experience with Cowboys. Caesar and the men with him did a great job with everything; and I enjoyed our conversations with Erik who is extremely intelligent and so in tuned with how to properly bring up his kids! Mr. Martinez, you have a fabulous company. God bless you all.
