Chris Richards serviced our AC today. He did a fantastic job and gave us some recommendations on improving some of our regular maintenance. He was friendly, professional and courteous. A great representation of the quality of customer service we receive from Cowboys AC.

Benjamin was extremely professional and very thorough in explaining the details of what’s going on with my AC unit and water heater. Cowboys is very lucky to have him on the team. I had no idea how bad things were with my unit and water heater. He saved me major expenses and damage to my home. Benjamin also was careful and took his time explaining the options for covering the financial expenses of a new AC and water heater unit. He made me feel comfortable in the decision I made today.

Did not take top of outdoor A /C unit to do a thorough cleaning like the other companies do. Just cleaned from the outside. Did ok job looks clean not sure about the inside. They also canceled two previous App. Made the third one early.

I am 110% satisfied with my experience with cowboys. They took their time and did such a good job. My unit was not cooling good and my coils were very dirty. I had no idea my coils were so dirty until cowboys came to service my unit . They thoroughly checked and cleaned everything. I was impressed with how long they took to make sure everything was done properly. I would definitely recommend cowboys to anyone!

Greg did an excellent job!

Very thorough and knowledgeable on all the AC system.

He was kind and courteous and even put shoe covers on his boots to protect our floors that had just been mopped.

The technician was very efficient and friendly. He completed our maintenance in no time at all and left us helpful instructions on what we could do to extend our AC's life. Overall I am very satisfied and would hire their services again.

Everyone we have met since our first phone call with Cowboys has been great. Starting with Donna who was so helpful with every call setting up our appointments. Blake came and was very professional. Showed me everything he found when doing his inspection. Did the cleaning he came out for and told us about some extra things we needed. Was not pushy or forceful at all. That kind of thing usually makes me not want to work with a company. Blake's explanation was great and he helped us make the decision to get our system tune up done an easy one. Today 2 gentlemen came out. Carlos and Adrian were very professional and polite. They showed care for my house as well as kept me up-to-date with how things were going. They worked nonstop for 5 hours and got everything done. At the end of the job they made sure that every area around where they worked was cleaned up and did not leave even one single scrap behind. By the time they finished and turned my system back on, the temp in my house had reached 85ﾟ. So it was pretty warm. But about an hour later we had already dropped to 78ﾟ. And I can honestly say that is the fastest that our AC has cooled the house in a couple of years. Our house has now reached normal temperature and back to being comfortable. I'm very pleased with the service that I received and the people that I have interacted with. I definitely recommend Cowboys AC.

My A/C went out last night and needed to get fixed asap especially with this Texas Heat. I called multiple companies for for their service but I was told multiple times that they couldn't help until tomorrow. Luckily I found this company who were able to send Chris Ricketts in a matter of hours. Chris was very friendly and we were able to have a friendly conversation as he was fixing my A/C unit. Chris went above and beyond by calling the manufacturer if the fan motor was under warranty to relieve a good part of the cost. Luckily my A/C was still under the manufacturer warranty so he was able to go pick up the part that needed to be replaced. Chris arrived and replaced the parts needed and now we have cold A/C for my family. I will now be using Cowboys Air Conditioning for all my future tune-ups and repairs. I will also recommend Chris to any of my family and friends needing A/C service.

Fabian was the first one out to ck our A/C for poor performance, once his evaluation was completed, he explained our options. Myself a wife decided on which replacement we would go with, Fabian explained all options for financing and he took care of the paperwork for us. The installation crew that arrived was very professional and explained everything they would have to do from start to finish, the crew left our home only after everything was cleaned up. Our experience with cowboys A/C was excellent, if I would rate your company’s performance on a scale 1 to 10, your crew would receive a 15, thanks for such a wonderful experience at not such a good time
