Carlton came out to the house and did a great job! Such a great guy and gave us some great education on some things to look out for. He’s coming back in the fall to do some more work! Thank you! You can definitely tell they take pride in their work and complete everything with care, as of it was their own home.

Fabian came out to service my AC. Very friendly and professional. Knowledgeable and provided information and tips to extend the life of my system. Was extremely thorough with the maintenance service. Will definitely be using Cowboys again.

Franco was amazing. From the moment I called the customer service was outstanding. They even offered to send someone out the same day. Franco gave us many different options from patches to full repairs and replacements with many different financing options. He was very professional, and I felt that he really listened to what we were looking for and what we needed.

So our ac unit needed to be replaced (it's 30 years old). So our friend told us to call Cowboys because that is who they went with. We asked for a quote online and I had someone call within 20 minutes. They came out the same day for the quote. Benjamin let us know all about the opinions we had and that they could have us taken care of that day. We went with the same day service and was told it would be done by 8 or 9 but they were fast and got it done early. Thank you for saving us from this Texas heat.

Excellent service and quick response. Everyone has been very courteous and kind. Even willing to put our new unit in the very afternoon that it went out. They were more than willing to go the extra mile, but we waited until the next day. Great service and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Non stop Hard workers and completed the job in the time they said they would. Alex and his partner are the best. They replaced the AC air ducts, and coil. Great experience and very customer service oriented! Greg came in and assessed the situation in the morning and provided recommendations with several courses of action. He was even able to have their installation crew of Albert and Dave come out for a same day replacement of our entire HVAC system. Outstanding work and cleanup! I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

I give Cowboys Air Conditioning And Heating 5 plus stars!!! Let me start by saying called this company because my ac unit stopped blowing cold air. Within 30 min one of their technicians Gregory showed up. He was very polite, well spoken and was very respectful to my home. He also very knowledgeable he knew exactly what to look for and within minutes had diagnosed the issue and fixed it! From now on I will only call Cowboys for any ac or heating issues and asking for Gregory.

The service was great! Bradley was very efficient and respectful.
Only problem was that we were originally scheduled for between 1 and 2...by l:30 I called the office and it had been changed to between 2 and 3....the email on the computer came in at 1:28. I don't spend that much time on the computer so maybe next time they take the time to call us or maybe text?

felt like the company was just out to make money. After technician Angelo Gaona, just looked at our indoor unit and spent about 2 minutes out side he kept pushing for us to by a New unit on the outside. on a 2 year old unit. After having different company come out they were able to identify our problem was inside the house and a simple fix. even if I had paid the 4000-6000 dollars Cowboys was trying to get me to spend it still would not have fixed my problem. very disappointed i'm sure you have taken advantage of lots of people
