10/10 recommend. We had a new AC unit quoted and installed. Christian helped get us down to an affordable price and addressed all of our questions very quickly. The price was very reasonable given the rising costs of parts and labor in today’s economy. The techs, Adan and Mike, came out a day later and the entire install only took 4-4.5 hours. They were friendly and professional subject matter experts who addressed my questions and ensured all the appropriate tests were run and passed after installation. Thanks to this team, our AC is running smoothly so far and we didn’t break the bank.

Larry and Jose are true masters as plumbers. They came out the next morning and completed their work in the hot sun and even hotter attic. They always smiled and loved to talk with me. Their work was outstanding as usual. I call upon them every time I need work done. I strongly recommend them to everyone.

Shaun & Zeke were very thorough. We really enjoyed working with SA Experts. Also Zeke is our service rep & explains everything during our routine maintenance. New HVAC being installed tomorrow. I may update!

12-30-2022 SA Installer Mike Jones was very professional & thorough. I'm a network engineer & take pride in my setups i.e. network art. Mike was the same. Impressed how he set my UV light inside the unit instead of drilling holes like a previous company. Also all wraps & lines were clean & straight. Showed my wife she said ,"Man that looks good!" Just as I could take the covers off my patch panels, we could literally leave our AC air handler door open! Good work from all.

Will and Mike were very courteous and kind. They were impeccable with their workmanship and thorough. They even explained some services which we were not aware of. Thank you Will and Mike for your friendliness and hard work!

These guys were great. Christian and Oscar came out this morning, did a great job troubleshooting and went over options. They patiently answered all of our questions and were friendly and very pleasant to work with. Within a couple of hours, Paul and Jose were here for the install. They were very courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. They got to work and had our new system up and running quickly in spite of a surprise rain shower. They cleaned everything up and didn’t leave any mess behind. They answered all of our questions and showed us how to use the new system. The new system seems to be awesome. It is quiet and works great! I highly recommend them!

Had an HVAC problem that this company tried to tell us was due to a leak from a faulty outdoor coil. They then tried to tell me the cost to replace the coil was almost $11k. I called the manufacturer. The cost of the coil? $1230 dollars. They then tried to up sell me on some bogus 10 year service contract at more than 20$k. Even better, I called two more companies for a second opinion. Neither found a leak anywhere. One advised that San Antonio air service experts are crooks as the cost to replace the entire unit is no more than 6k. The other even suggested that these guys drained the line and that it seemed suspicious that they claimed it was the coil leaking Freon…. For context my unit is no more than 5 years old. The tech was unprofessional and sounded like a total used car salesman. I sensed BS immediately. In the end it was a short caused by a bad thermostat that had recently been installed. A simple repair costing a few hundred dollars. Obviously I canceled my membership and I am still considering reporting this to the BBB for and pursuing a BBB downgrade if I get anymore issues from these people. Criminal.

Adan and Andrew were very good and efficient in the installation of the new system. Their knowledge of 18 years experience was very reassuring for me as they did the installation. And a big thank you for Nick in getting it. They all were very good...from the lady who took my call to Adan and Andrew who installed it. Thank you so much!

Larry and his partner( great already forgot his name ) today did an excellent job installing our new water softener. They did a great job explaining everything on how it works and did the job very quickly and professionally. Would recommend them to do all your installation work if needed . Definitely will use them again.

I am a real estate agent in the area and needed an HVAC company to come take a look at a property for one of our sellers. Our usually go to companies were booked pretty far out but San Antonio Air Service said they were able to come out same day between 4-6 pm. I let our sellers know that someone would need to be there during the appointment so our seller left work early to be at the property between 4 and 6. At 5 I called to get an update on a more accurate time the tech could be there and never received a call back, never got a call to say they were running behind, nothing... ZERO communication. I then called again at 5:30 and waiting on hold for 45 minutes until I finally hung up. Our seller could not wait at the property any longer and had to leave. It is now 6:30 and I have still received no communication from this company. Absolutely unprofessional.

Nichole & Edgar are super friendly and got my maintenance completed in a timely manner. They came in with respect & left with me happy I signed on with continued service. Great job … ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
