Aaron arrived on time, was professional and courteous when he came to service my water heater. He explained things to me in a way I could understand and process. He answered all my questions clearly and provided suggestions for the future well-being of my system. I've used San Antonio Air in the past, and their technicians always leave me with a positive impression. 10/10 would call San Antonio Air again. I highly recommend.

Great !! technician Paul Sr. and Adan. Hit a few obstacles, but they persevere to get the job done no matter what it took. I would recommend this hard working team to anyone. Thank you for putting them on are job.

Michael and Nicole were amazing to work with. They were professional and I love that they wore shoe covers. Highly recommend them San Antonio Air and these 2 especially.

The installers (Paul Sr. & Adam) were fantastic. Very neat, polite & knew what they were doing.

Ziek was so helpful with my maintenance visit. He gave me lots of help with my furnace problem which led me to asking for a visit from Edgar to discuss a new unit.

The tech, Jose Martinez, was to arrive between 10am and noon. At 11am the office called to inform me that Jose was running a little late. He arrived at 11:45am, still within the promised window. A good start, and it got even better. Jose was neat, clean, articulate and respectful. A knowledgeable professional, Jose walked me through the process and answered my every question. Even though the weather was fair, Jose wore those little booties that protect floors. I was going to have just the AC system serviced, but I felt so comfortable with this company and with their technician that I agreed to have the furnace serviced too. All the work was done in great detail and we were made to feel like we were his most important appointment. I highly recommend this first class company and especially their top notch technician, Jose Martinez.

Nicole and Edgar Laredo were very professional,came out to service my ac unit .Answerd..all my questions about what I need it and what programs are available to accommodate us .I would definitely use this company again .I would forsure recommend this company. THANKS..

you should be ashamed ripping me off. a tenant in my rent house called, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, But your company performed the work and the tenant forced me to reimburse him. furthermore, the part cost $15 and you had the nerve to charge $800. you should be arrested! i am in contact with the AG and the licensing board formally complaining about gauging! furthermore, your billing should be more transparent. you sent an invoice with a total of $800, without any breakdown or explanation. i guess you were too embarrassed to disclose the fact you installed a $15 part and stole $800 from me!!!!!!

Jose Garcia came out and did an over and above job clearing a plugged primary drain line , along with doing the routine system check. Jose was very personable and explained every step along the way. He's great to work with and I'm sure a terrific asset to SA Air. I will request Jose for my next maintenance. Great attitude and desire to do the best job possible. Thanks Jose!

Many thanks to everyone at San Antonio Air Service Experts (SAASE). From Christian, both techs named Jose, and Paul Jr. & Paul Sr. who installed our new system. They were on time, very nice, knowledgeable about their systems and services and answered all of our questions. We've been with this company for over 25 years and our "confidence" was shaken in 2020, but the service today went a long way to change that perception. We hope to not see them for a while, except for the bi-yearly service, but if we do, we feel like we are with the right team.
