I have been a very long term customer and always get great service from regular maintenance to prompt emergency repairs. Never call another company SA Air office and technical staff cannot be beat. Today had my regular service and Johnathan was fabulous. Very knowledgeable did not rush and did an excellent job. I hope I get John as my technician again next time but if not every one who has been to our numerous homes over the years are unbeatable. They all truly embrace exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to ensure I am always satisfied. I have been on there Advantage Plan so I pay monthly for my twice per year service and they call me to remind me when service is due not like other companies who are never available unless you call and hound them. You will not be disappointed with SA Air Conditioning. Plus they are now adding plumbing, water softener and sprinkler repair services. One stop service, so pleased.

Mike and Oscar were top notch professionals. Highly knowledgeable and worked with me to ensure what I need was done within my budget.

I use this company primarily for AC service and I'm signed up on their Maintenance+ plan, which includes AC and Plumbing. I called in as I woke up to a busted water heater line and a flooded kitchen. I was told they can come out in 3 days, May 8th. Or I can call in after 4PM to have them come as an Emergency call, which they can't schedule.
Why would you name a plan Priority+ if the customer isn't Priority when they need you. Don't use this company. Complete rip off.
To make matters even worse, I called back after 4PM and was told they won't have an Emergency plumber on hold all weekend.

Chris and Jose M. were extremely hard working and respectful while working to repair our heating system. They worked late into the night to ensure our heater was working correctly. Couldn’t have asked for a better set of guys!

Chris performed my ac tune up and was fantastic and extremely thorough. He noticed a setting was incorrect on my ac unit and adjusted it to make sure issues did not arise down the road. Thank you very much, Chris, for your hard work.

Nicole Gonzales and Michael Herrera are both efficient and professional on the job they do. Aside to that they are both polite, trustworthy and did an excellent job. Also I do appreciate very much they do use foot covers when they get inside the house to keep the house nice and at the same time. Michael and Nicole are both an excellent asset to your company.

Mike & Oscar from San Antonio Air Service Experts did a great job. They showed up early (after calling to make sure it was ok), were professional and friendly, explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had.

Jose and Adan did a great job. The vent covers look like new! They were so professional, knowledgeable, caring and very engaged. Thank you!

Larry and his team promptly arrived to diagnose our water heater. They quickly found the problem and had a new water heater installed the next day! Larry was super helpful, kind, and informative. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing help.
