I am not the kind to write reviews but I had to write one for these guys. Edgar, Pablo and Jose R were professional and spectacular. They came in to listen to me describe the issue. Instead of checking what I describe as the issue they ended up checking the whole system to make sure that all the parts were in working order. The previous company just checked what they perceived what the issue was and just fixed that without checking anything else. Which is why I had to call “San Antonio Air”. Edgar talked me through what Pablo and Jose R were doing. Once they found what the issues were they proceeded to tell me my options at each issue. As Pablo was giving me the bad news, Edgar and I were telling Jose R of our zap stories which lightened that news. “Jose, remember if you get zapped, walk it off, the tingling will go away and the feeling will come back.” If these three guys are any indication of the professionalism and service of San Antonio Air, then I am in good hands.
Chris and Mike were great. Both are very knowledgeable and explained everything. I really appreciated their help with getting my unit replaced.
Mike Jones and Emilo did a great job of installing the new HBAC unit and I really appreciated that they were able to come a bit la8inthe day because I didn't get off work early. The system is working nice and cooling my house.
I recently had my hvac worked on. Andrew showed up on time, was patient communicating and explaining everything, and understanding. I didn't feel rushed to buy anything either. His knowledge in explaining it thoroughly was beyond my expectations. Thanks again for this.
The Technician showed up almost 2 hours late and when the technician arrived, he was accompanied by a salesman, who tried to sell me a 2.5 ton system for 14000$. Blamed on inflation and said everything is more expensive now. Criminal.
Made a last minute call to have a water leak repair and not only was my problem treated with priority but also given an awesome service by Larry Arriaga and Jose R. I have been using this company for over a year for all my needs and will continue to do so.
When I called it was on New Year's Eve. The first person that came out was Chris. He checked to see where the problem was. He took pictures of the entire heating system including ducts. The problem was the control panel on the furnace. He told me about the Advantage Program. The control panel was expensive but that the furnace was about 20 years old. I found out later that in the south like Texas and Arizona they last at least 10 years. So he contacted the sales rep Mike Yetman. He came out the SAME DAY. Went over my options and cost. He didn't know how soon with holidays he could get put in. He was able to get a better unit at a low price. Remember this in 12/31. The unit was installed on 1/3/23 by Adam, Juan Carlos and Emilio. They made a mess but differently cleaned everything up. The unit waS in my attic and had to be disassembled and new one assembled in the attic. Lots of work. GREAT JOB ALL AROUND.
Mike & Chris responded to a call about a potential issue with my thermostat. As it was installed by another company a couple years ago, when it got very cold, I discovered that the emergency heat did not kick in. They discovered that the issue was due to a Nest thermostat programming problem. They were diligent in troubleshooting to ensure resolution. I felt very comfortable with their approach to the issue as they kept me informed as they proceeded. I am normally very cautious whenever a service provider comes to my house, particularly for the 1st time. At the end of the visit, I felt so comfortable that I signed up for San Antonio Air Service Experts' annual preventive maintenance plan. I want Mike and Chris, specifically, to respond to any future service request.
Jose G./Juan were extremely professional, timely, and did great explaining different options for a variety of services. I highly recommend San Antonio Air and those gentleman were top-notch!
Thank you to the awesome tech, Chris, who replaced a bad switch on my HVAC unit. Not only was the response rapid, he was able to diagnose and resolve the issue. Him and Shaun provided great insight into the root of the issue while suggesting other options for future considerations. 5 stars for both of these guys!!
