I also want to thank Juan and Jose G. They did an awesome job with installation of the HVAC. These guys know what they're doing. Very professional, respectful and kind. To Larry and Brady that installed the water heater, thank you so much for a job well done. I feel safe in my home now with top tier products installed by professionals.

Jose & Paul did an excellent job installing my HVAC and furnace. They worked really diligently, even though it was super hot (Texas in June!) and got it done with time to spare. They also took the time to explain how to maintain the unit and showed me everything I needed to know. I recommend this company!

I truly cannot recommend them enough! They went above & beyond what they needed to. We scheduled a tune up cause we felt our AC wasn’t working properly. Will & Edgar inspected every thing you could possibly think of to make sure they found the actual issue & any additional concerns. we asked to have our attic ductwork checked & they were more than happy to inspect it. The kept me informed throughout the process of what they were finding & recommendations. At the end we were emailed a full inspection report card - it included a good-bad rating on dozens of items, pictures & descriptions of concerns they found. They were super thorough & felt like I got way more than my moneys worth on info for how to help my system.

Larry & Jose came promptly & were very knowledgeable & explained everything along the way. They are plumbers for San Antonio Air who found & repaired a leak inside the ceiling from a condensate pipe. Their prompt service halted further damage. Thanks guys!!

I had a very bad experience before with this company. However they have redeemed themselves. The girl in the office was great at answering my questions and kind when speaking to me. Today Chris D. came out to help with my non working unit. He was knowledgeable and spoke to me in terms I could understand. He explained the process and even shared photos. Overall a great experience.

Michael, Jose and John were the best technicians I’ve ever had come out to repair my AC unit. Not only were all of them highly knowledgeable in their craft they were extremely friendly and great to talk too. They came out same day within 2 hours from when I called, diagnosed the situation and had me up and running again in a 1 hour and a half. Very quick! Can’t say enough good things about the quality of service that was provided. If the time comes and I have issues I will not hesitate to give San Antonio Air a call again. Thanks again guys.

The tech tried to pressure me to purchase very expensive service without a second opinion. Then I emailed the company to discontinue maintenance service and automatic payment as I called and was told I needed to email them. That was a week ago and I never received confirmation. Today I called and asked for a callback (long hold time) and the reason for my call. I explained I wanted confirmation they received my email. They were supposed to call be back. It is now 10:30 pm and have not received a callback. Their service has gone downhill from when I started using them 8 years ago. I feel they are now only interested in up selling services and products.

Shawn and Chris were very professional and tried to get me approved for the advantage ,program, but didnot get approved. Also, shut off ac unit due to smelling smoke for the safety for my family. Shawn says will find someone that can help get heating services back on that is affordable. Excellent customer service!!

The repair was done quickly and professionally. Edgar, Oscar, Jose, and Leo were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I've used this company since 2017 and have always been pleased with the quality of their work.

Shaun and Chris responded to my request to come and assessed my current system and give me a quote on a new system the same day…very promptly since my system was completely out. The technicians that installed the system, Paul Sr and Adan, were prompt and professional. They kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the way and cleaned up the when they were finished. Shaun setup the digital thermostat and system was running beautifully before they left. Using the Advantage Program made it possible for me to get this done sooner and I like that they will take care of any and all issues in the future at No cost to me.
