Chris was very professional. He kept me informed as he was trying to get the part for about 4 days! He told me I have the part & found out what was wrong with the heater. I like the fact that he kept me informed and then, after repairing it, he said guess what it’s under warranty so there’s no charge!

Michael and Nicole came out for heating system maintenance. They were friendly and professional. After maintenance was completed, they explained what was done and highlighted any potential future issues. Thanks for a great experience.

Jose M & Jose R were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They were very through in the inspection and diagnosis of my a/c unit problem. I would highly recommend San Antonio Air.

Chris and Jose M.stayed late and came early to get our system back on lune. They were very courteous and worked well together on this new system. They never got frustrated with the job although I am sure the technology was frustrating.

Larry and his apprentice did an excellent job installing my new hot water heater and repairing a leak in my kitchen. Every time I need service, the response is always timely and performed flawlessly.

Chris and Jose M. are AMAZING!! We were having trouble with our new system..they worked relentlessly, all day to resolve our issue. They were both kind, professional, respectful and considerate!

Chris was great! On time and professional. However extremely overpriced. The part is about $400 and we were charged $1675 for a blower motor on a Carrier Unit.

Been using SA Air since 1995. None better. Needed a new garbage disposal. Decided to try the plumbing section. Plumbers are every bit as good as the HVAC folks. Larry Arriaga showed up on time explained my options and then installed the new garbage disposal. Whole process was totally painless and took less than an hour. Larry cleaned up after the install. If it weren’t for the great new garbage disposal, I wouldn’t even know Larry & his helper had been here at all. Very professional and friendly. I will use the Service Professionals for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend them.

Technician called before arriving and arrived inside time slot that was reserved. She explained all of her inspection and noted what to be on lookout for in the future and explained all items on checklist. Nicole was very thorough and professional. I will ask for her again.

The technicians were very friendly. They did try to upsell. Understandably. But I was double charged for the effort and I am having difficulty getting refund from the office. I don’t think the technicians double charged, so as far as techs, 5 stars but customer service in the office, jury is still out.
