He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. He didn’t try to up sell me and he even took time to fix my thermostat on the wall! Wow! Amazing! Angelo was amazing. Very thorough and explained everything as he did the service. Would highly recommend him for any service, he's an asset to your company.

I would highly recommend Angelo and Cowboy AC to anyone with AC needs. He was professional, courteous, and thorough in his assessment of our AC unit and system. He arrived promptly and the company even sends out a picture of your technician prior to their arrival for your safety.

Albert and David were great! They were polite and professional when explaining what they were doing. Most importantly, they worked diligently in this TX heat without any complaints! Albert was very responsive to any concerns I had and addressed them without hesitation.

Joe was very professional and not forceful in making a quota but giving us the best options for our needs. He went far and above in explaining our issues and answering our questions. Should we choose to get a new unit we want Joe to be here to help with the installation. Roger and Adrian were very professional and thoughtful of our needs.

Erick, the Service Manager, explained the options thoroughly and followed up to insure the installation was done correctly.
Jorge and Angelo worked non stop to install the systems. They were slowed somewhat after sundown because they were using cellphone flashlights outside. We provided a flashlight which helped to move things along.

Josh Ogbonna was very good tech. Let me know what exactly was wrong with my system and the variety of options I had . Was not pushy and was very honest. Thanks Josh. Keep up the good work. Out of 3 local company’s I called Cowboys was the ONLY one who came out diagnosed the problem and did my change out the same day. A huge thank you to Ariel Martinez,

Great customer service with Greg! Very informative, knowledgeable, respectable, great attitude, and got there on time, very fast! Definitely would recommend Cowboys and request for Greg again. Also did I mention great pricing/spring tune up special for the ac $69.95!
