The technician was extremely professional, friendly, fun, and took pictures and showed me everything he did. I appreciate his work. Your packages are a little pricey, and being on a fixed income, it was not affordable for me.

Joe was great! I trusted everything he said in regards to our unit. He explained options with no pressure either way. I feel very informed to make a decision and will certainly ask for him in the future.

They were professions and courteous. The unit installed appears to be too small for my home. It took almost 10 hours to cool the home to the desired temperature. This makes the outside compressor run a long time that is probably not energy efficient.

This was our first time using Cowboys and so glad we noticed their advertisements! When I called for an appointment, it was like talking to an old friend visiting with Brandi, she was very helpful and knew just what we needed. Joe arrived right on time and was very thorough in servicing our HVAC system. He took time to completely go through the inside and outside units and explained everything in detail. Best thing is, Joe recognized what we needed and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. What a find! We will definitely be calling on Cowboys from now on!

Joe was great!!! He called when he was on his way and was very professional and friendly. He was able to fully troubleshoot and fix within 30 minutes. Saved us alot of money since he called and verified if the part was still under warranty. Will definitely call them again if any issues arise.

Their office staff is very efficient and understand the meaning "Sense of Urgency ". Their technician Ariel kept in communication regarding his ETA and upon arrival listen to what the issue was and preformed an evaluation quickly and found the issue. His attention to detail and courteousness was just another indication of why Cowboys is one of the top AC and Heating company in SA.

I truly don’t understand all the top ratings for this company. I just dealt with these people a few days ago over repairs. I recently purchased a condo and one of the closing conditions was to repair the HVAC. In fact, that part was a $3500 dollar cost with a one year warranty. Three days after moving in, the AC was on 24hrs and wasn’t getting cool.
After being denied service three times, I had to get the realtor involved only to have the same technician come out and proposes that I pay another $2000 for an in-line restriction 🙄. Mind you, it hasn’t even been a month since purchasing this condo.
Needless to say, I went with another company and they fixed everything for $300 dollars and made proper suggestions.

Miguel was my tech he was very nice and gave me some advice to keep my system tip top. He also was very helpful in telling me what mysystem needed for the future, i will definitely be calling cowboys and keeping Miguel as my technician thank you y'all are the best.

Alphonso & Jesse came out after 7pm to check out our vent system and diagnosed the issue right a way. I was thinking I would need another appointment but they wanted to ensure our vents were operating correctly during these cold winter freeze nights they stayed and fixed it that night. Koodos

Upon arriving at home from work around 6:30pm to discover the temperature in the house was over 100°, AC not working. Called cowboys and they had a technician out that evening.
They inspected the entire system and found the problem. While not what I was hoping to hear, the Technician very professionally explained all options and really went out of his way to help us reach an
acceptable conclusion.
