Careful calling this company out to your neighborhood. Their drivers are inattentive and apparently do not know how to safely drive through residential areas. Nearly got T-boned trying to turn into my driveway when the driver illegally passed me on the left.

The two techs I dealt with were both very amicable and seemed to have a good understanding of the work they performed. Although, the first tech, who identified the problem, never got back with me with the follow up I requested and tech #2, who actually did the repair, showed up without scheduling an appointment! I have used Cowboys for eight years. There is no one better! I had tried so many HVAC companies before them and none of them had Cowboys excellent customer service, quality products, highly knowledgeable people and exceptional skills. The team at Cowboys are also very professional and courteous. They do not take advantage of their customers and only provide what is needed and at a fair price. They stand behind their work. Angelo provided my service today and he was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and skilled. He arrived on time, called me and texted me that he was on his way. He also ensured that I didn’t have any questions and left my home spotless. No need to tidy anything up after his impeccable service. I trust the team at Cowboys. Alfonso with Cowboys has also provided consistent above and beyond service at my home in the past. Once when it was extremely hot in the summer Alfonso made himself available to me even on his day off to service my HVAC and get everything running perfectly. He then checked back with me the next day which was also his day off to ensure everything was working properly and that I didn’t have any questions. Ariel owns Cowboys and eight years ago he came to my home to get my HVAC running during the heat of summer. He checked back with me more than once to make sure everything was working well. I had told him that I had been taken advantage of by other HVAC companies that didn’t fix the problem and charged exorbitant amounts for their services. Cowboys Air Conditioning & Heating went above and beyond what I expected of an AC company. My AC went out and they had a technician at my house the same day. Angelo was professional, courteous and took the time to explain things as he went. With a next day install of the broken parts this experience has been great.

Great response time. Replaced my A/C unit same day. Technicians were polite, respectful, courteous and professional. These guys were here until the job was finished at close to midnight. Cannot thank them enough. Price was reasonable and transparent.
